Really love this product and always purchase. Gives a really close shave and leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth. My underarms tend to be a bit of a tricky point for me, i'm prone to eczema- this razor doesn't irritate my under arms which is definitely a bonus for me!

Tips: I generally buy a new razor everytime..buying the blades for this one is quite costly!
This razor gives a really close shave, I never noticed any drying of my skin. I also never got a nick or slice using this razor! Which is great because I'm clumsy! It's very easy to grip and it glides over the skin and adapts very easy! It's good to get into hard to reach places too!
Leaves your legs feeling smooth and silky and is gentle on your skin. Does not leave cuts and nicks in your skin like some other razors & has an easy grip handle. Recommended to all!
I love this product, it smooths on with no hassels at all, Ive never experienced a cut yet using this razor, I brought mine from the supermarket, but once im finished with it I chuck it out and buy a whole new razor az its more expensive to buy refills then a new one.
Tips: I highly recommend you dispose the razor once you are done with it and buy an new one az its to expensive to buy refills :)
This is the razor that made me decides disposies are the way to go.
I've tried cartridge razors on and off over the years and never been that satisfied with them. Too bulky, too fiddly, too not-lasting-long-enough-for-the-price-y. But as this was a freebie I thought, why not give it a go. Prove me wrong Hydro Silk, I dare you!!
But it didn't. Yes, it gave a nice shave to my legs. It fair swooped up them, like an eagle spotting its prey and diving in for the kill. But it just didn't cut the mustard, or the hair, in the more difficult to reach spots (underarms and other IYKWIM). On top of that the gel strip went crazy after the first use and kind of bulged up and out, spilling gel all over the shower tray and went all long and goopy when I picked it up and tried to use it again. And once I managed to clean the gel off, it felt like it had lost its point of difference, its raison d'etre.
So here endeth my attempts at cartridge razors. I have disposed of this one and picked up my old beloved old disposable again . The old smoothy.
I must admit I get lazy shaving my legs in winter because who wants to spend all that time in the shower grooming when you could be snuggled in bed in your onesie ;) Well this is my go to razor when I havent shaved for a couple weeks and I need my legs mowed! :)
Firstly, I must note how I love the blades and how they perfectly bend and contort themselves to your body's shape and just give you a smooth clean. One sweep (maybe two when you're lazy like me) and the hair just disappears. I love the serum that is dispensed whilst shaving because this add soothing benefits to my skin and helps me to not knick myself.
On the subject of the serum, I hate the way it stored on the top of the blade. I left one of my razor on the shower tray and the next morning it had leaked out and the shower and taps were covered in slime. I was not impressed that I didnt find any instructions on how to best store this razor after use.
Apart from my slime accident I love this razor and especially love that skin doesnt really need tonnes of moisturiser after shaving. Always a winner in winter when getting dressed takes priority over lotion for me :)
The blades seem to last a really long time because I'm still on my first blade after 2 months and its working like it brand new. I also love that the hair is cleans quite easily from between the blades because all I do is run the blades under the shower and the hair has disappeared.
I would recommend this to anybody who uses a razor for shaving because your skin is going to thank you for being so smooth and silky after shaving.
Tips: Dont leave in your shower soap tray because the slim will escape and leave you a mess!
I tried this razor last week and LOVED it. In my 17 years of leg shaving, this was the first time I managed to to shave both legs without nicking myself around the ankle or knee. My legs felt super smooth afterwards.
This razor is super easy to grip and control, gets every hair without multiple passes and the blades last a while so only need to replace the refills every month - love it
Tips: Bio oil after getting out the bath or shower, having shaved, rub bio oil into wet skin and viola!! no more in grown hairs and super soft skin
I really loved this razor. You get a super close shave and it glides along your skin so nicely. It also has a really nice handle so it's easy to grip onto. The only downside i found was that 'moisturising serum' didn't last too long in the razor - but I guess that is to be expected, of course it's not going to last forever! But while it was there it definitely made it a much smoother shave.
I initially won one of these from Schick via a promotion. First time I used it I was amazed! My legs were smoother than they had ever been and I had a grand total of zero nicks in my leg, even near my knees where I often catch. The moisturising bars made it so silky and easy to use, and it felt wonderful. I used it quite a few times before the moisturising bar ran out, which made it a little more difficult and harsher to use, but I found the blades still sharp enough for shaving for a few more uses. I was excited to buy some new blades for it so I could keep using the razor... but they were so expensive! I had to pass and use something different for a while. I have since bought a new one of these as I loved it so much, it is such a shame that you need to spend so much out on the new blades.
Tips: Definitely pick blades/razor up when on serious special! It gets way too expensive :(
