Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Review

Yves Saint Laurent has made many beautiful fragrances, but this specific one has to be my personal favorite. The musky and sweet smell gives off a sense of maturity. It lasts on skin and clothing all day, a little goes a long way so you don't have to use much, meaning the bottle will last for ages (great value for money.) I have received countless compliment on my smell since using this, which is always a indicator of a great perfume! Love love love

I really love this scent, it is strong without being overpowering. I use this often in the evening before going out for dinner etc. I find that it lasts a lot time on the skin. The bottle is also very pretty and I love it. Will definitely re-purchase this perfume

My everyday favourite fragrance. Always receive compliments on the scent of this fragrance. Is such a beautiful yet subtle scent that doesn't give me a head ache like many other scents. Gorgeous packing too!

This scent has a beautiful hint of floral, musky, vanilla spice all in one and it just works so well. I always carry this in my bag although this lasts so long when you spray it on you, unlike some perfumes when you spray it on and the scent disappears after an hour or 2. I always top up on this perfume.

One of my favorite perfumes, this scent is so versatile! It's subtle, but has staying power, so I can smell it throughout the day without it being too much. It's sweet (but not overly so) and a little bit earthy/musky and spicy.

This has got to be one of my favorite perfumes I have ever used! I was lucky enough to be gifted a bottle for my birthday one year and I fell in love with it since then. It is quite pricy so I wouldn't go out and buy it for myself but I have my family trained quite well so when I run out I get another bottle for my birthday or Christmas. I would use this everyday if it wasn't so pricy and I always have compliments. I love the bottle and have them on display in my makeup room - I also was lucky enough to get a set in a really pretty box so I also have that on display to make my room a little bit more wow.

It is a beautiful bottle that looks quite distinguished, I received it as a gift the smell is quite sweet you would really have to like that kind of sweet to enjoy wearing this perfume. Have to say I will never purchase this again. I have not had one comment on how nice it smelt before and I have been wearing it for 2 years, I have had it for so long because of the fact that I have at least 6 or 7 different perfumes in my perfume drawer at any given time.
