Fudge Clean Blonde Damage Rewind Conditioner

Love it! Yes, this does in fact take away yellow for sure. I bought to use with the conditioner . I found out about this product on a blog which said Fudges is one of the very best purple conditioner products on the market.

I use this with the matching shampoo. It makes my hair feel amazing. So soft and silky without leaving my hair limp and lank. My favorite!

I use this alongside the damage rewind shampoo and treatment and feel like my hair is in such good shape. The conditioner is a light purple so I don’t worry about it staining my hair at all. It locks in the moisture and leaves my hair feeling silky and amazing. The smell is divine and seems to last all day! Highly recommend!

I purchased this recently with my vault points yay! I have been using a purple toning shampoo (different brand) but saw this purple conditioner, along with being a deep conditioner for damage, so thought I'd try it!

The tube is a good size and I like the branding and colours. The print on the back is teeny tiny though and so hard to read! Even when I put my reading glasses on I still had difficulty working it out haha. Of course it was when I was in the shower actually washing my hair that I tried to read it too - I squeezed out what I thought was a good amount and applied to my hair (squeezed out as much excess water as possible). I left it on for around 2 minutes, my hair is quite porous so don't like leaving it on too long. I then rinsed and my hair felt very soft and smelled great! My hair did feel a bit dry/rough when drying though, but once dried and straightened and I also popped in some Organic Argan Oil Gloss, it felt fine. One thing I really love about it is the smell, I can actually smell my hair 2 days after using the conditioner and it smells great.

Now the toning - it didn't get rid of as much of the brassy tones that I wanted, it also turned the lighter parts of my hair, mainly the front and sides/ends an ashy/ very light purply colour, which I actually don't hate funnily enough. I have had a couple of workmates comment on the colour and how much they like it, so must be ok!

All in all, I do like this conditioner and will continue to use it along with a purple shampoo (might have to get the matching Fudge shampoo though), so will buy it again I think.

If I had to pick just one product from the Fudge Clean Blonde range to use it would be the conditioner.

It’s a less scary shade of purple and a much creamier consistency to use and doesn’t leave my hair a bit dried out like the shampoo and treatment does.

I was worried the fragrance would be too much after reading it uses FragranceFuse technology but it wasn’t very noticeable once my hair was dry.

Most importantly it toned the yellow down in my naturally light blond hair without making it purple like the shampoo and treatment did.

I love fudge! This conditioner is best used after the Fudge purple shampoo it leaves your hair feeling soft and smooth, it helps to get all those yellow brassy tones out of your hair and you only have to use it once a week!! Definitely recommend if you haven’t used it already

This really smoothed my hair and left my hair feeling soft after washing out. This goes perfect with the Fudge Shampoo, as it has a purple tone in it still to give really maximise toning the blonde to give it the best ashy tone and remove all yellow from the hair. It also smells amazing!

I was excited to try this fudge range as I have used purple shampoo and conditioner on my lightened hair before but found it left something to be desired - what would this range bring?

For starters I really like the packaging - bold colour choices of purple and silver with bits of orange stand out. You will never get this product confused with something else. I love the bottle stands on it's cap, meaning that the product always comes out easily.

The product itself is a pale purple and quite rich and thick - which makes it easy to apply to the ends of your hair without loosing product dripping off onto the floor. The product has a sweet floral scent which is really nice and while the packaging warns that the product may stain I would have been surprised if it could stain anything given how pale the colour was. I imagine the toning power is more likely to be in shampoo and treatment parts of the range given their deep purple colours, rather than this pale conditioner - but I'm no expert!

The results were pretty awesome overall. I was a bit skeptical about the 90% stronger claims as I have long thin hair prone to breakage and split ends, but even from the first use I saw a difference. I had less hair fall in the shower or brushing, my split ends seemed to mostly disappear and my lightened hair colour looked more natural and blended with my natural hair that I'm growing out. My hair also feels smoother and softer, compared to the drying out I have experienced with other purple shampoo and conditioners.

While the price point is definitely more than I would normally spend, having used it I would definitely say it's worth it and will be buying again when I run out. Highly recommend!

So nice! Made my hair super soft- used in one wash on it's own with my regular shampoo as well as with the purple one. Definitely helps with yellow tones in blonde!

Quite a thick consistency, little bit goes a really long way which is nice- means you use less in the long run.
