This violet shampoo is so pigmented that you really get the feeling you are putting pure paint on your hair! I would say it is the best shampoo for minimizing brassiness that I have ever come across. It needs to be used in accordance with your individual needs. If it is left too long on very light bonde you will go a pale violet shade. If this isn't the look you are after make sure to only leave it on for 30 seconds! I use mine maybe once or twice a week. It can be drying if used more often, but just counteract with conditioning treatments like kpak by joico.

This is one product that will see you going to the hairdressers less, keep your blonde hair from going brassy in between visits and quite literally save you money. Every time I go back to being blonde, I make sure I am well stocked with this Shampoo. There were times when I could not afford to go back to a salon, or I just didn't have the time to and Thank the Heavens I had this. You only need the smallest amount and because I only wash my hair twice a week, my last bottle has lasted me about a year. As well as using to regularly wash my hair, I also used it as a toner by smothering my hair with it, and leaving it on until my hair reached the desired color. I literally know hairdressers who use this in salon's instead of using other toners. That is how good this product is.
Tips: Go and buy some, you wont regret it :)
This is my go to shampoo! It always leaves my hair soft and shiny. My blonde is always golden and this leaves it nice and white. Also it smells so good.
Tips: For a better result leave in for a few minutes before washing out.
I have recently dyed my chocolate brown hair blonde over the last three weeks. I would be lost without this shampoo. My hairdresser reccommended it and I would be hesitant to try anything else. I adore it. The only downside is that it can make your hair quite knotty. So it is vital that you use a hydrating and smoothing conditioner after use.
Tips: If your hair is quite brassy orange/yellow, leave on for the full 5 minutes and was it everyday for 3-5 days and you will definately notice a difference!
I was at my friends for the holidays and she was bleaching my hair. I had dark brown hair so it went really orange, i used the fudge purple shampoo about 3 times while i was there and it was amazing. It toned all the brassy yellow/orange tones in my hair and left me with the perfect blonde that i wanted. It can tend to be really messy so be careful when using it, i also noticed it made my hair so knotty and we had to use heaps of conditioner afterwards but the pay off was well worth it. However when i went home my hairdressers were out of it and i noticed my hair slowly started fading into that brassy orange tone again, so you'll need to use regularly to keep it the colour you want. I'm not blonde anymore but if i ever go back i will defiantly make sure i purchase this first!
Tips: If you leave it in for too long you'll be left with purple streaks
Seeing that I have blonde highlighted hair I'm constantly trying to find ways to extend the blonde and hold of the brassiness. There are some toning shampoos that work better than others and the Fudge one is one of those. I didn't think that it was the best, as my hair did feel a little drier afterwards, but it did counter act the brass tones in my hair effectively. When paired with a good conditioner, I'm sure that it could become one of my staples.
Tips: Don't use it everyday, or every second day. I got wonderful pink streaks from "over" usage.
This purple shampoo is great ! I have light blonde hair an when ever it goes abit yellowish or bracey tonned I shampoo my hair then purple shampoo it for approx 5mins wash it out and condition after it because it tend to make my hair knotty !might just be me ??
This stuff is incredible. I have bleached hair at the moment and use it to remove orange tones from my hair. It works a treat and keeps my hair nice and white. I also used to use it to dye my hair lilac - its that strong! It easily stains the hair purple if you want that look!
Tips: Don't leave it in too long - it will stain your hair purple after about 5 minutes, especially if you have bleached/white toned hair.
If I ever feel like my hair needs a bit of a colour pick me up this is what I turn to. I have never been recommended any other toning shampoo by several different hair dressers - which is definitely saying something. It moves easy and is a lovely texture for washing with.
Tips: Remember to rinse the walls of the shower - or mum will be cross hehe!
I was little worried and hesitated using this shampoo after seeing how rich the purple was, but I'm glad followed through and used it! It did a really great job at keeping away the brassy tones. It does tend make your hair feel like one big clump after washing (I found with having blonde hair that that usually happened anyway) so I would defiantly recommend using the conditioner. I no longer have blonde hair and have managed to go back my natural colour so I used it every now and then as my hair tends to have auburn/brassy type tones which my hairdresser recommended.
I had used a lot of purple shampoos while blonde and this was by far my favourite! I didn't use it everyday just every other it lasted me quiet awhile. Defintely worth a try.
Tips: Don't leave it on too long just incase it does stain!
