This shampoo is in my hair care ritual. I use this every second time I shampoo my hair, with the huge pump bottle readily at hand. After a visit to the salon, this shampoo is my saving grace as sometimes my hair comes out much more orange toned than I like, I prefer a very cool ash toned blonde to suit my complexion. I would advise people to be a little careful with leaving the product on too long, check it regularly while it is applied as it is so strong it can easily leave your hair with a purple tinge. Overall, I love the product it is a repurchased item of mine, with correct application and usage it will leave your golden locks perfectly cool toned :)

Tips: Check your hair regularly through the shampooing process to avoid getting purple hair.
This product can also be used on dark brown hair to provide shine
This purple shampoo is the only purple shampoo that i have ever tried, but i don't need to try any other brand as the fudge chean blonde worked really well for me. mMy hair was very orange/copper coloured but after a few washes with this shampoo i had noticed a dramatic change in the colour. It definitely made my had less orange and more white toned.
Tips: try leaving it in for about an hour, putting a shower cap on over it to heat it up a bit. this will make it work quicker.
Cant fault it really. It does just what it says it's meant to. Only thing to be careful is is to not leave it in for longer then 5 minutes otherwise i found it turned parts of my hair purple. Although the purple goes away quite quickly. Other wise it's a good product that definitely took the orange tone out of my newly coloured hair. Also make sure to wash it off the shower walls after use :)
i use this product on every second wash, definitely tones blonde hair. best violet shampoo on the market from my experience
Tips: if the shampoo isnt doing as good of a job as you would like it to, you can put this product in dry hair before you shower, just make sure you dont leave it in for too long - or it may leave your blonde hair purple.
This product is amazing! It's by far the strongest toning purple shampoo I have every tried, it smells amazing and for $20 that 300ml of shampoo will last you at least 4-5 months if your using it twice a week. I purchased the 1L bottle and it lasted me over a year, at $60 I think it's a steal. There are a couple of things I love about it they are: - You don't need to leave it on very long or use much at all if you are already quite blonde as it will work really quickly on areas that don't have brassy/yellow bits, so focus more on your roots or problem areas. - After I have had my hair died I always follow up with this the next time I have had it died and focus it on my roots as I find they always go brassy no matter what. My hairdresser is amazing my roots just don't take to bleach the greatest. - This toner gives you the nicest silver colouring if you use it continuously, I love that look on platinum hair
The one thing I dislike is that it does dry out your hair so like I said in the tips section use a mask and or treatment daily or after use.
If you are a blonde that likes to have no brass/golden tones to your hair then you need to try this!
Tips: - Try mix a little bit with some conditioner if you want a more subtle tone
- Only use maximum three times a week and make sure you're using some kind of hydrating mask or serum as this will dry your hair out, but it's worth it to have no golden tones in your hair.
works really well and smells delicious! easy to use, don't need much. would definitely recommend if you have never used it before
I love this shampoo. I've used lots of different ones on myself and in the salon and this is best by far! Strong formulation, nice smell and good price! I even put on dry hair to keep my hair purple ;)
My favourite purple shampoo. Reasonably priced, no brassy tones. You only need to use a wee bit and can even mix it with your normal shampoo. Make sure you condition your hair afterwards as it can make it quite knotty.
Loved my Joico Purple Shampoo but my friend who is a hairdresser put me onto this, a lot less pricey and does the trick!! I use it every wash and leave on for a couple of minutes. I did have issues with living in the country and my hair getting a green tinge but this seems to counteract it and leaves my blonde a pretty ashy tone. Smells good. Don't be alarmed that your hands turn purple, washes off. Only thing is not a super fan of packaging, have to have it sitting upside down or leaks out.
Tips: Make sure you wash it out properly, if you don't (and I know) it can stain your hair purple!!! So don't be half asleep when washing hair :)
I used this in my hair when I had a sassy blonde fringe to go with my dark brown hair. I'd leave it in for a couple of minutes, wash it out and viola! No brass! I had a mishap with leaving it in too long and it going lilac, but I loved that and it was a bit of a signature of mine which I could achieve with only my shampoo ;) I highly recommend this, but not leaving it in too long unless you are deliberatly trying to go lilac <3
