I read so many great reviews about this eyelash curler and it was very popular in Korean beauty blogs, so I bought this from Ippondo (Japanese beauty store) in my university days when I was really getting into makeup. I really enjoyed using it and it made my lashes nice and evenly curled for the whole day. I like that it is great for my eye shape and curls the inner eyelashes without irritation. A great beauty beginner staple!

Tips: I like to apply a bit of heat to the eyelash curler by directing a hairdryer to the curling pads for about 5 seconds until warm to touch, then curling the lashes. This gives a more dramatic and long lasting lash-lift effect :)
It’s a bit on the expensive side of things when it comes to eyelash curlers however it was worth it because it does such a good job. Curls eyelashes and adds length and volume. Don’t even really need mascara with this! Haven’t had any issues with it breaking either, it’s very durable.
After using the Shu Uemura eyelash curler for a while and not being 100% satisfied with its results I went on the hunt for something new. I had a look around online to see what other people really liked using and this curler popped up numerous times with good reviews. I ended up purchasing mine from eBay for about $15 NZD (including 1 refill pad). It’s honestly the best eyelash curler I’ve tried and I don’t see any reason why I’d be switching to another one any time soon. The shape allows me to easily capture all my lashes, gently curling them from the inner corner right out to the end. And unlike other curler’s I’ve tried this one doesn’t pinch. I definitely recommend spending a few extra bucks for this curler that’s comfortable and easy to use. I’ve also had it for a couple of years now so it’s not just going to break on you.
Tips: Replacement pads are available for a few bucks online too.
My nana gave this to me as it was a gift with purchase. The first thing that drew me to it was it's attractive design and gun metal grey finish, it doesn't look like a standard eyelash curler its a bit better looking. The design also allows you to put your fingers into the little loops instead of holding the clamp like other curlers I've tried.
It does the job you'd expect and with minimal pinching to the eyelid. it curls my lashes nicely and all of them, and the curl has a nice hold to it which I never usually get. The pads are also easy to replace and allow for it to keep on going, I've had mine for around 3+ years and there is no sign of it breaking or anything! I would replace it with another shiseido eye lash curler was something to happen to this one. I really think it is worth the investment.
This gives my lashes a really really pretty curl. Some curlers that i've used in the past tend to give lashes a 'chink', not a smooth curve. This curls and has quite a wide area so grabs on to a large area of my lashes at a time.
This is a great quality eyelash curler that feels sturdy but isn't bulky. Curls really nicely and can grab all eyelashes in one go which is convenient. Price is good, when I bought it about a year ago it was the cheapest of the high quality brands that I could find. Highly recommend.
This product is amazing! I love how my lashes curl perfectly, and it actually makes my mascara easier to apply. All my lashes were curled at once and none we're missed out. It's super easy to use and there are some silicon shields on it which prevents damaging the eyelashes, and they even gave us spare replacement silicon too.
Hands down, the best eyelash curler I have tried to date. I've bought some cheaper ones in the past but the Shiseido one is now my go-to. The curvature of the tool isn't as round so it fits my eye shape better.
Definitely works as described, but can I be bothered. This is the problem. My makeup routine is rushed enough to spend the extra time. I would definitely use again, but not as an everyday item. More if a special occasion tool. Do try it.
