The container is so nice to hold does just fit perfectly in the palm of my hand a lovely crimson clear colour with a pull off lid. A pump dispenser makes getting this clear serum out. A couple of pumps morning and night after cleansing and softener then this serum before more serums or and cream it’s meant to help other things absorb and restructure the skin being the ultimate serum. Fragrance like most of the shiseido range it’s a little floral to a warm amber. Anyway this serum does slide so nicely over my face and neck also it absorbs pretty quickly into my skin it doesn’t feel sticky I’m just left soft and moisturised it probably took a couple of weeks of using this to see the full benefits and having skin that looked a little brighter softer and moisturised. It’s the next step that was like omg this is such a mission then apply another serum then cream then more, it just became such a mission in the morning my skin routine was taking longer than my shower. It’s a lovely product and does make skin look softer and brighter but you have to be prepared to put in the time.

Tips: Make sure you have time to commit
Ultimune is absolutely worth it and really delivers. This serum is light, easily absorbs, and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. I've found it has really helped in evening out my skin tone, and has helped improve scarring. Though it is pricey, only a small amount is needed at each use, and one 75ml bottle lasts a few months making it well worth it. I would definitely recommend this as a necessary step to any skin care routine, and a great serum to try for the first time too. Love this product!
Tips: Use twice a day, morning and night before moisturising for added hydration!
This product smells beautiful and is an instant moisture boost to the skin. Leaves my skin feeling super hydrated, fine lines were noticably reduced within 2 days of using the concentrate morning and night. Friends have commented on how good my skin is looking at the moment! Highly recommend.
Tried the samples and then almost immediately bought the full size. Loved waking up every morning with brighter, plumper and smoother skin after using it. Goes great under makeup even with my oily skin. Smells amazing, has a luxurious feel and it has the prettiest bottle ever. Have tried a lot of fancy serums and this one is definitely one of the few worth repurchasing.
Would 100% recommend, it keeps your face fresh, moisturized and supple. The product is a light gel textured with a fresh fragrance. It feels lovely and cool when applied and keeps you moisturized all day. I am using it with Shiseido Elixir White and it makes my skin look clean and soft. So far I love using it and will get again.
Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate boxed packaging is vibrant and energetic. The ceramic bottle itself matches the boxed packaging. There is a massive list of ingredients on the box and instructions for use on both the box and bottle. The bottle itself is 'an interesting shape' and I think a little on the bulky side. It has a pump for application. I wouldn't want to drop the ceramic bottle on the tiles in my bathroom!
Two pumps is all you need for application. A little does go along way. The serum has a really lovely scent which for me is not overpowering. The serum is light weight, silky smooth and absorbs easily. It does not feel tacky on my skin while applying or after.
My face feels hydrated and revitalised. I really need this going in to the winter months.
Where would I be without Ultimune?!? I have used all of the formulas since it was launched and each time the formula improves/changes, the product gets better.
I use two pumps of Ultimune as my third step of a five step skincare routine morning and night and couldn’t imagine not using it. It absorbs well, prepares my skin for my treatment serum and moisturiser as well as gives extra hydration and leaves my skin with such a nice “glow”.
Smells great and absorbs well into the skin. Doesn’t leave the skin feeling dry or under moisturized. I do use 2 pumps per application as 1 doesn’t feel quite enough. Great for morning and night. Doesn’t leave the skin oily in the day which is great for combination/oily skin!
Tips: Good idea to use an additional moisturizer on top of the concentrate for extra moisture, especially at night, but not always necessary.
I received a deluxe sample size of this serum in a Shiseido skincare pack. I found at first that this made zero difference in the appearence of my skin. It is beautifuly light and refreshing to apply, and has the heavy Shiseido fragrance, but nonetheless I didnt buy into the hype that the saleswoman impressed on me. After another Shiseido facial however, I thought I would give this another try.
I use this after toner morning and night and am definately seeing some results. I have a lot of acne scarring, and found that rosehip oil helped the scarring, but made the oiliness worse. This serum improves the appearance of the scarring, without adding heavy oils to my face.
I have another deluxe sample size tube to get through which will decide for me whether I should take the plunge and repurchase, but at this point I am definately a fan!
I got this product in a 30ml bottle, It does come in other sizes also. This serum is just what I needed to fit into my skincare routine at the moment. I have currently been using the Ibuki range aswell as a few products from the White Lucent range, as I am wanting to target some pigmentation and dryness in my skin
It has gorgeous pink and cream packaging, a glass bottle with a handy pump.
This product is a pre-serum you apply it before your normal serum or moisturiser you are using.
Its texture is a light gel and feels lovely to apply to my face, it's very cooling and glides over easily, using the 2 pumps as recommended and made my skin feel instantly hydrated.
It has the signature shisedo fragrance to it.
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks and my skin has definitely felt more hydrated, plumper and I have noticed a slight difference in my fine lines. I would love to keep using this product but will definitely purchase it when it is on sale
