This product. I hate it. I love it. I hate that I want it and love it. I got a sample of this (two samples actually!) from the local chemist, and my goodness. My life has been changed. While it's not the first high end product I've used, it could very well be the first that I love so much I'm willing to fork out $70 for a full size.
My sample pot is 5ml in size, so nothing compared to the 50ml. My tube is worth around $7 if my late night maths is correct, and while I wish I could buy more, I know logically it'd be cheaper to just buy a big tub. It's a plastic container but even though it's small and a sample it still feels and looks quite high end.
The product is a super thick cream. I want to say paste, not cream, but to me paste makes me think sticky. It's very sheer, verging on see through with a peachy pink coloring. It smells like flowers and luxury, so I usually only use it on special occasions. However, according to the man, "it smells like garbage". Well. What would he know.
I use my pinky finger to scoop the product out, and I use a small amount at a time as it's thick and a little goes a loooong way. It feels much a bit silicone-y, so I tend to use this last with a snail gel to help keep all the moisture on my face IN my face. I love how it feels as I rub it on and I love how my face feels once it's on.
This stuff really is just... amazing. One day I'll be able to afford a big tub, or at least I'll splurge myself. And it also makes me wonder how good the rest of the range is. I would definitely buy this again!
I have never used any Shiseido products before. This is my first and my my... I instantly fell in live with it. The packaging is simple, there’s nothing fancy about it except there is a cute little spatula provided. The consistency is great. It glides on the skin. The skin feels super soft. I have combination skin by the way! The smell is soft like of flowers. I would definitely buy it again!
