i personally didn't like this product. it was the first make up remover product i had tried and i chose it because it was cheaper than everything else on the shelves and wasn't really looking at quality. i found it hard for me to remove stubborn lipstick off my lips and waterproof mascara also took a decent scrubbing to come off :(
It's sad because I like Simple so wanted to like this product. I wouldn't say I have sensitive eyes but this is the first makeup remover I have used that hurt and stung my eyes. I thought it was just be but my friend also said the same thing about this product. It does do a good job at actually taking off the product so I will give it that.
Tips: Let me know if anyone else had a problem with this product hurting your eyes?! None of the other Simple products do so I don't know really xx.
With its list of natural ingredients i thought that this eye make up remover would be gentle and get the job done. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. The product stings my eyes as well as leaving traces of make up behind. It does not do what it says which is a shame as i really like to use the Simple range.
Tips: almond oil or olive oil also work as natural eye make up removers, they are also great for the skin around your eyes and don't leave a sludgy residue :)
I like this make up remover in that it does do its job. With those make up pads it works a treat and the eye make up comes off very easily. My only concern would be it does smell quite chemically so could sting gentle eyes however I personally had no issues with it.
Tips: Use with make up removing pads for the best results.
Designed to be gentle on skin, I found this product quite drying on my eye area. The removal aspect was a little lacking which required a heavier hand and rougher application which isn't good for the eye area. Its cheap but not the best option.
Tips: Cut a soaked cotton round in half; put one half under your lower lashes and the other on top. Let it sit there and soak into mascara to minimize rubbing!
I had high hopes for this product as I had heard good things about it. But I really disliked it! I wear heavy eye makeup most days so I need something that will remove it smoothly but also be gentle on my skin, I felt with this eye makeup remover I was rubbing at my eyes and even when I was done It hadn't removed it all, it also isn't gentle on the skin and really really stung not only my eyes but my eyelids!
I love this make up remover, you don't need a huge amount to get off all of your eye make up. It doesn't sting if you're silly enough to get it in your eyes as well.
Tips: Must have!
I have been using this product for years and would be really upset it it ever disappeared off the market. My eyes are sensitive, I have tried many expensive brand name alternatives but this product is simply the best for removing all eye makeup without any irritation to my eyes. The key seems to be that it is oil free.
Tips: Use a generous amount on a cotton pad and do the first eye then turn the pad over for the second eye....works like magic.
I bought this product because of its cheap price and wanted to test it out, it did remove 'some' makeup but your face never really felt truly clean.
Tips: If you are using this product I suggest you make sure your face a good wash before.
