Love the simple moisturiser range. I especially love this light moisturiser for the summer. It is my everyday face moisturiser because it is light and doesn't leave my face feeling greasy. I would recommend to anyone who is in the need for a new everyday moisturiser

This came in a set i got including this moisturise, a toner, a makeup remover and the makeup wipes. This moisturiser is very good for all skin types because it is so light, okay maybe not all, while it is a good moisturiser, if you are very dry then you might want something heavier.
The consistency of this is very light and absorbs in the skin pretty fast but you need a standard dullop of moisturiser for your whole face. This isn't a 'a little goes a long way' moisturiser. Its hydrating but its not very hydrating, so what i do is i apply some of this, i wait for the first layer to set then reapply again.
The only con would be it doesn't have an SPF but it does have natural ingredients. This was my replacement for my Benefit Total Moisture Facial Cream and i really loved that one, so if you've had the benefit one and wanna compare it with this, they're not similar. The sample bottle has lasted me a few months which is pretty good but now that I'm running out i probably won't repurchase.
Tips: For dry to very dry skin: Apply a layer on your face, let it set then apply another layer.
I have very sensitive skin and have tried many moisturisers. This is the only moisturiser I have found that causes no stinging or tingling sensations when I put it on, is an amazing base under make-up and also doesn't have any nasty chemicals! Yay!
Tips: A great base under make-up. Also really good for dry peeling skin (I put it around my nose and it works a treat)
I have been using this product for many years and highly recommend it. Originally I tried it because I needed a more budget-friendly product, but now I wouldn't go back. I also have sensitive skin and suffer from allergies but I have no problems using Simple. It is absorbs quickly and my skin always feels soft.
I was looking for a new moisturiser to try out and I came across the Simple, Kind to Skin Hydrating Light Moisturiser. Its super affordable and hydrates your skin leaving it super soft! The moisturiser leaves the skins feeling super refreshing and light. It doesnt leave your skin feeling sticky or heavy.
One thing I didnt like about the product is the bottle, its squeeze bottle and a lot of the product comes out than expected - since the material of the bottle is quite hard, you are forced to put a bit more pressure to get the product out resulting in the product to spew out. so i have turned the bottle upside down knowing the product is near the opening so less product comes out.
As a victim of super oily skin, it would scare me to even touch a face moisturizer as my face is already very oily. But during the winter months, I began to notice dry patches of my face and I knew I had to search for something to make my face look... well right again. One of my friends recommended me to look at Simple products, and boy was I glad I took her advice. I found this moisturizer, a truly kind to skin and light moisturizer that did just the trick to my dry patches. It didn't make my oily skin any worse, which was a mega bonus! Though not the best smelling product out there, it certainly did what I was hoping this product would do for my skin, and a little product goes a long way for my face.
One fault is that it is quite hard to control the amount of lotion that is squeezed out, as the plastic the bottle is made out of is quite stiff and not very malleable.
This moisturiser is fantastic. It is a true testament to the statement "a little goes a long way". You only need the smallest of dollops to cover your whole face - and then some. It feels light and dosen't leave any residue behind, dries quickly and makes my skin feel awesome!
I wanted to try some Simple skincare products, so I bought a kit which included this moisturizer in a 50mL travel size version.
The moisturiser comes in the typical white and green Simple packaging. The packaging looks alright, although the labelling looks a bit too 'busy' to me due to all the various claims on the bottle. The moisturiser comes in a bottle with a screw off cap and the moisturiser is supposed to be poured out. I found the packaging really awkward to use as the moisturiser is quite thick, and won't pour out, so I have to squeeze it out, and it's not a squeezy bottle. I feel like this would be a lot easier to use if it was in a squeezy tube.
The moisturizer is white in colour and has a thick, creamy consistency. A little of this goes a long way, which is a positive in my book. The scent of this though smells a bit like PVA glue to me, which I find a bit off putting.
I have oily skin, and often nasty breakouts, and I look for moisturizers than can hydrate my skin, without irritating my breakouts or making my skin more oily. This product definitely fulfilled those needs. This is very gentle, and didn't irritate my breakouts, so I'd recommend this for those with sensitive skin. This made my skin feel soft, and hydrated without feeling slimey or looking shiny or oily.
This is an affordable moisturizer, and I'd consider purchasing the full size product, despite the scent and awkward packaging as this made my skin feel lovely.
My whole life i’ve hated moisturiser. I have oily skin and i always thought “why would i put something more oily on my skin?”. I knew how important everyone says moisturising is but i just couldn’t find one that didn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or oily. But i got given this for christmas and it has changed my perspective of moisturising. I love the way it makes my skin feel and i look forward to putting it on.
I love the idea behind the product and that is specifically designed for sensitive skin, however I have found that if I have any dry patches it is quite stingy. More so than other moisturizers I have for normal skin. It isn't amazingly moisturizing like I like my moisturizers to be but does hydrate your face, just is not the best moisturizer out there. Definitely more hydrating face creams available for the same price.
