Original Source Shower Gel

Watching one of Shaaanxo's videos she recommended trying the Original Source body wash and boy was she right! Not only is it affordable - most times Countdown has two for $5! Score! The scents are just AMAZING! I first picked up the Vanilla and Raspberry flavour and it I wanted to eat it it smelt so good! It smells like the raspberry and cream lollies and once you apply it to your body you smell delicious! I cant wait to try out the other scents! My partner loves it too.

I love this body wash as it smells so refreshing and has a cooling effect that makes me feel really clean. The scent however, doesn't last very long, disappearing almost immediately after you leave the shower. It generates a pretty good lather too with a shower pouf. Sometimes if my hair is particulately greasy, I used this as a pre-wash to strip it of the dirt and grease that my other more nourishing (e.g. macadamia oil shampoo) won't be able to completely cleanse.

I think the antibacterial tea tree oil could potentially be good for back acne and I noticed there's lactic acid in the ingredients. I'm wondering if long-term use will help in preventing KP.

That said, slather on some moisturiser after as it could be drying.

I will repurchase as it's cheap and good.

These shower gels smell so good The smell is pretty strong but when you use it it's not overpowering. I love how they smell really fresh and leave you feeling refreshed after you've used them.

The packaging is really cool and I like how they tell you whats in the bottle. It's designed well so you can get everything out and you can see how much you've got left. Its easy to squeeze too!

The gel is great and leaves your skin feeling clean, fresh, silky and smooth. It's probably my favourite shower gel!

Have loved Original source shower gels forever, used to get them sent to me from a friend in England well before they hit the stores here, must say the day they advertised them being in NZ was a very good day for me.

All the scents are amazing but the tingly mint...Mmmm oh yeah! If you want a shower gel to slap you in the face to wake you up then this one does it with a frosty fist.

Not only is it great for scent but it cleanses you quickly with a low sud so you don't stand there covered in foam trying to wash it off, as you can find yourself reapplying for the experience alone. I admit to have 4 bottles of this currently in my cupboard as I have an addiction and go through them quickly.

This body wash smells amazing! Presented in a modern-looking container the lid is on the bottom so it's easy to get out every bit. The scents definitely pack a punch! I tried the lime one and boy does it wake you up in the morning, which is very refreshing and just what I need some days. It is quite gel like (more than other shower gels, more like cheap hair gel consistency, however without the stickiness so not a problem).

These shower gels are one of my favourites. They often go on sale at any supermarket for $2.50 or so and I'm always sure to pick on up since you can't beat the price especially for a product that uses natural ingredients.

These come in a variety of different scents but my two favourites are the mango and the mint/tea tree. All of the scents smell exactly like their name so there will be no disappointments there. They lather well but I find you need to use a bit more than normal to get a good clean. Finally, these body washes do leave the skin clean and soft and are very gentle for most skin types.Will continue to buy and use.
