This hand and nail cream comes in a large 125ml tube, affordable at $10.00. The cream is white and a thick creamy consistency, with a faint citrusy natural scent. Reading the back of the tube, there's a long list of nasties not in this cream and it contains natural ingredients such as shea butter, sweet almond oil, pro vitamin B5, mango seed butter, jojoba, avocado oil, rosehip, wheat germ, and the list goes on. Not tested on animals. I get excema on my hands and found that this cream does not sting my hands when applied, and is very hydrating for dry skin and cuticles. Needs to be rubbed in thoroughly as slightly greasy. I would recommend this cream if you want a really natural product to combat dryness and flaking skin, although the herby scent might not appeal to some.

Tips: Squeeze out a pea sized amount, massage into hands and nails.
This is a lovely, light yet replenishing hand cream. Generously sized, a small amount is enough to moisturise my hands without leaving any residue. White in colour and quite thick in texture, it has a gorgeous smell that reminds me of Trilogy. Kind of light, floral and orangey. Will definitely repurchase.
Tips: Use often.
This hand cream is one of the best and it smells sensational!
It leaves my hands feeling softer, nourished and hydrated. The cream is not too thick and doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy.
I love how it uses natural ingredients with no hidden nasties in it. Its such a good buy and im so glad that I have discovered this product. I take it everywhere with me and use it religiously.
I was my hands all day long at my job . I’ve only noticed this year my hand have become really dry . I’ve purchased lots of hand creams lately to try and battle this dry hand problem I have . I got mine in my beauty box I got in the last Beauty Vault .
Packaging is in a creamy tube nothing special at all . Consistency is creamy with an essential oil feel to my hands and nails . Scent reminds me of wild flowers with a whisper of citrus . Uplifting but not overpowering. Application is easy soaks into my dry hands . But in a hour or two my hands are back to being dry again .
My hands are really dry . I don’t think my skin suitable for this one . I did enjoy the short term feeling of hydrated hands . I think would suit someone with normal combination skin . I can’t see myself buying this.
It took a few uses before I found just how little of this lovely cream is needed - no more than a baby pea sized amount for me (though I have very small hands so others might require a little more.) It is quite a thick and slightly sticky cream compared to other brands I have tried but the short extra time needed to massage it in actually gives my elderly hands a wee treat - they have certainly shown improvement in soft and smoothness. After only a couple of weeks of use (probably no more than once or twice daily) my formerly very soft nails are perceptibly harder and stronger.
125ml stand up tube. Same pale yellow shade with light rose pink detailing on package, matches the rest of the range. Herbal scent, reminds me of Essano products i have used. (Probably due to the Rosehip Oil ingredient?)
Quite a thick cream. Readily absorbed into my skin. Does have a slightly greasy residue i'm not keen on.
I use a lot of handcream. This isn't the best or the worst I have ever used. I wouldn't jump at repurchasing but i'm not opposed to picking it up if it was on sale.
I love hand cream, there's always a tube in my bag, by bed, in lounge. My expectations aren't too high, just a honest product that absorbs quickly, not leaving my hands greasy and pleasantly fragranced.
Natural Instinct hand cream fits my needs just right.
Tube is 125ml, pretty standard. Shea Butter & Sweet Almond Oil, both great ingredients for hand cream.
I feel this product isn't over complicated and with the long list of ingredients of what's not in it, there hasn't been too many additions making up for that.
Cream tube is pleasant looking and has a foil security tab needing to be removed before using....quietly I really like those tabs, guarantees I'm the first user.
I got this product along side the 500ml Natural Instinct body wash in Top to Toe beauty box, both together they make a really nice duo.
Product not tested on animals & pH balanced. Is a gentle hydrating format and would recommend to anyone with sensitive skin and those sensitive to all those nasties like sulphates, silicone, paraben (the free from list is impressive).
I say go for it!
Tips: Would be happy to give or receive as a gift.
I work in a job where I am constantly washing my hands so having a good hand cream available is essential. I have so far really liked the products from Natural Instinct and this hand cream is no exception. It feels lightweight on the skin - not too greasy and absorbs quickly. I can't comment on how long the moisture lasts for as I wash my hands too often to tell, but I can say that my hands feel softer and I'm free from any dry bits, including my cuticles which are a bit of a problem area for me. The scent is lovely, similar to the rest of the range. It is light and natural and reminds me of rosehip oil. This brand is paraben free, no nasty chemicals and no testing on animals which is always a plus.
My hands get really dry on a seasonal basis and now just happens to be peak cracked-skin-and-cuticles time. From the first use, it softened my hands a lot and I havent noticed any annoying residue- no one has time to sit still and wait for things to absorb. The softness lasts throughout the day, however, the hydration doesn't. I have to reapply at least twice a day if I want lasting hydration for my dry hands. This is not too much of a big deal, though. All in all, this is a good hand creme and I expect to buy more in the future.
When I first opened this, I fell in love with the smell because it smells so yummy. I can't quite put my finger on the scent, citrus of some kind perhaps. I was hoping that it would be a great product unfortunately not. But I always try to find a positive in a product first which you will see below.
Positives: Great price making it affordable for most people and you also get a big tube so it will last you awhile.
It doesn't make your hands/nails greasy which is great because I have been using it at work and I don't need greasy hands/fingers when I'm using computers etc.
Negatives: Sadly it does not feel hydrating on my hands or nails, I actually re-applied thinking I hadn't put enough on. But I had the same result after applying a second coat. My hands also did not feel soft either. I actually felt this cream gave me the opposite effect which is very strange.
Sadly not a product I could recommend to someone if they were looking for one that softens and hydrates.
I will say though that I have extremely dry skin so it may work for someone that doesn't have such thirsty skin and nails as I do.
