It can be hard to see improvements around your eyes when you've got a bit of presbyopia, (old eyes) but this product seemed reasonably effective. The packaging tied in well with the rest of the Essano range, still waiting for fully recyclable containers, enough plastic lids or tops already. My main problem was reminder myself that I only needed one squirt of the wee pump to get more than enough to cover the area around my eyes. The other issue I have with pumps is that it is almost impossible to get a significant proportion of the cream out of the container after a certain point. The cream itself felt pleasant, did not cause any irritation to this sensitive area. I don't get dark circles, so can't speak to this products effectiveness in managing these. I normally prefer to use an eye cream at night, as part of that night time ritual, rather than in the morning. My crows feet don't appear to have got any worse, so although I can't report any miraculous results, but it was pleasant to use, not heavy or greasy and felt lush on my skin. The price point was reasonable, around $40, as you do only need a small amount of this product at a time.

The Essano Visible Repair Eye Cream is encassed in a small bottle and dispensed by a pump action. I found a good half press gave sufficient cream to cover both eye areas. I was not a huge fan of the aroma of this product (to me it held a slight medicine smell to it) but I only noticed this the first couple of times I used it. I mean, who cares what it smells like if it works, right! The eye cream has a strong consistency (not too thin) and glides on really nicely, giving good coverage. In an effort to be objective, I took a photo of my skin prior to starting this trial and another on completion. The photos do show some improvement - the eye areas are smoother, less puffy, and is firmer. I'm really impressed.

I had the pleasure of being chosen to review both the visible repair eye and night cream. After using the elixir, I was very excited to trial these products. I'm 54 and my skin had turned on me, this winter; dry, sensitive and rashy! Not consistently, but regularly enough to make skin care, difficult. The visible repair products have been AMAZING. The eye cream is so hydrating, it is absorbed easily and smells lovely. I think it's secret, to smoothing fine lines, is in the hydration. It also appeared to stop my under eye concealer from caking in the lines. I dont have dark circles so I can't comment, on this claim. Most definitely recommend this product!

This eye cream checks all of the above as you'd expect. So lets jump to the results.

I definitely think it reduces puffiness and lightens dark circles. It's so cooling to apply. It seems to wake up tired 'morning eyes' and soothe tired 'evening eyes'

It leaves the skin around the eyes feeling firmer but not tight.

The only reason I've marked this down is I don't often use a separate eye cream, it feels like an extra step. That being said, this is really lovely and if eye creams are your jam...you'll love this!

This product was packaged in a gold coloured box containing a small plastic pump dispenser.

I used this as directed after cleansing and before night cream. Applied the cream around my eye contour area.

I absolutely only need the tiniest amount as this spreads so easily and instantly feeds moisture into your skin. It has a light pleasant fragrance. What can I say …. I’m someone who likes Essano products as they are reasonably priced and seem to deliver what they say.

This eye cream is so economical as only applying the tiniest amount each time.

I like how my skin feels and looks the next morning and it actually helps with my make up application the next day as my make up is not gathering in clumps as it would do from time to time due to dry skin around my eye area.

It claims to reduce wrinkle depth and the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. My eyes do not have bad dark circles so I’m unable to comment on that and as I’ve only used this for two wks I can’t even comment on the improvement of wrinkles as it claims to make a difference in four weeks ut watch the dice as I will continue to use this product for sure.

The Essano Visible Repair Eye Cream is just a little bit special. The packaging is lovely and a real bonus is that, unlike many other containers from more expensive products, you can actually unscrew this one. This means that you can use every last drop and there is no waste - something really important to many of us, not just in terms of economy and value for money, but also in terms of doing the right thing for the planet. The packaging is completely recyclable. Onto the star of the show and that is the eye cream itself. I have always had issues with dark circles and I've noticed that the lines around my eyes are starting to become more visible. Within a week of using this amazing product, I started to notice a difference to the point where I've already purchased another bottle. It really does deliver on its promises and is exceptional quality as well as value for money. The texture is very light, as is the fragrance. I have very sensitive eyes and this didn't irritate at all like other more expensive products often do. I love that this is not tested on animals - something that is really important to me. This product is the real deal and it does work - even on stubborn dark circles.

Loved this product, and it is made in NZ. I have been using for two weeks and have seen a difference in the fine lines around my eyes. After application the skin feels hydrated and smooth.

The first thing I noticed was that when you use a full pump it's a huge amount of product, much more than you need to use for your eyes. So when I half pressed the pump I got a more reasonable amount. It was nice and light, soaked in nicely and did not make my make up run. It smelt pleasant, however I did not notice any reduction in my wrinkles, so not a miracle product but adequate for a bit of hyration

This product went on very easily and was absorbed quickly. The skin round my eyes felt refreshed and looked relaxed. Very pleased with this product and the results I observed.

Packaging is nice easy to follow instructions A nice pump bottle I found half a pump does around both eyes A white light lotion that’s lightly fragrant. Easy to pat around my eye area. Non irritating and soaked in very quickly leaving no greasy residue so no smudging with eye makeup. It’s very nice and doing the job keeping my eye area hydrated and that results in my lines looking not so deep also smoother skin. A very nice product that’s so easy to use and natural ingredients and nz made plus cruelty free and you can get it a such a reasonable price As if gotten older my products I buy have gotten way more expensive especially with eye cream. This has shown me I don’t have to spend a small fortune on a cream that works. A nice light lotion that soaks in and doesn’t cause any irritation and helps with the depth of lines it’s a yes from me
