essano Visible Repair Facial Elixir

Normally I would only use a serum once a day, generally at night. However, due to being stuck at home with covid, and not worrying about having a bit of a sheen or trying to apply foundation, I ended up using this serum twice a day. I couldn't notice much of a fragrance, possibly due to being pretty congested. I appreciate that it's in a glass container, as I'm trying to reduce my use of plastics, it could be helpful having some direction around whether the dropper can be recycled, as it is glass and plastic combined, I assume it isn't but it would be nice if companies figured out a sustainable work around for this.

I found the serum to be quite light on the skin, which felt pleasant, but was so effective at hydrating that I skipped using my moisturiser for most of the fortnight this lasted. My skin is looking brighter and smoother, and this is a product that I would consider as a good option for ongoing use, and at around $30 at several of the major supermarkets, it's very reasonably priced.

The Essano Visible Repair might be small in size, but it is big in effect.

The beautiful bottle contains only 20ml of Elixir, but after three weeks of using this morning and night, I still have almost half a bottle left. The Elixir smells amazing - beautifully floral without being too sweet.

After the first few uses, I broke out in acne along the jawline and considered discontinuing use. However, I decided to continue using this on all areas except the chin and had no further issues.

The product claims to decrease wrinkle depth within 4 weeks and increase skin elasticity & firmness within 2 weeks. I have used this product for three weeks. I took a photo of my wrinkles at the start, and again at three weeks. There has not yet been any noticeable reduction in the depth of my wrinkles. However, there has definitely been a change to my skin - it feels so much more supple and soft. This is such a promising start and I am very keen to continue using the Essano Visible Repair Elixir to see if it really can reduce those wrinkles. Even if it can't, I'm going to use it to maintain the soft-as-a-baby's-bottom feel.

The menopause had already turned my body against me. You do what you can and eventually come to a place of acceptance... BUT... then my own skin, started to react to the sweat behind my mask! My face products started burning and before I knew it, I had rough, red, flaky, angry patches,on my face, that a dragon would be proud of. Add the insult of a few nasty pimples and I was ready to avoid leaving the house for the foreseeable future.

The very same week this was going on, this little treasure arrived on my door step.... I decided to try it anyway, I had nothing to lose and I am very glad I did because my skin loved it! There was no stinging or burning. Within the week the dryness and inflamed patches had improved. Although, it feels quite oily when you first put it on, once absorbed there is no oily residue at all. My skin felt and looked more hydrated. I really like the fragrance and yes, it is quite fluid; but the dropper means that you can accurately measure out what you need. I found patting it in was the best way to apply it and used it on my neck and decolletage too. I can't say what effect it has on wrinkles because I don't have that many 'wink wink'; I can say that the texture and hydration of my skin has improved a lot; this of course helps it look firmer. This will be definitely be staying on my beauty product list.

I'm a huge essano fan - I think they've built up to being a really reputable brand, and a great challenger for the big global brands.

I really like the packaging, the branding is clear and the gold colour choice is a classy touch.

The product is a lightweight serum that isn't greasy after use. Moisturizer sits nicely on top of it, as does makeup.

I think this is a wonderful serum to add to any anti-aging routine. I don't think it's going to target very specific concerns for example deep wrinkles, but it does boost the skin's overall appearance and it is a wonderful hydrator.

So to answer my title question...yes essano can do no wrong!

I have used some essano products before so I was excited to try this one. My skin has changed as I have got older. I’m now 58 and my skin is definitely drier and has both some fine and deeper wrinkles.

The product is packaged in a box which contains a small bottle with a dropper attached to the lid for ease of use.

I used this product as directed: day and night after cleansing and before applying my moisturiser.

First thing I noticed was the fragrance from the product. It wasn’t overpowering which was good as that would have put me off but there was definitely a gentle pleasant fragrance which I loved.

This product is not as oily as I thought it would be. It was more of a watery consistency. I applied it to my face after cleansing and before my moisturiser.

It absorbed fast which was good as I didn’t need to wait around before applying my moisturiser.

I noticed instantly how it brightened the look of my skin giving it a healthy glow.

After the first application my skin definitely felt softer to touch in the morning. I continued to use as directed but felt concerned that maybe i would have a breakout. I needn’t have worried as my skin actually felt better than it has done in years.

I have now been using this for a few weeks.

Result My skin texture has improved and is noticeable, so much so that I have actually had a few comments from friends. I love the glow that it gives my skin.

My skin definitely appears plumper which I do feel makes my fine wrinkles seem a bit less noticeable but not majorly.

I will however continue to use this product because of the other changes I have noticed and felt on my skin.

I’m always a little bit sceptical about claims beauty products make but Essano Visible Repair Facial Elixir lives up to those claims. It comes in a beautiful bottle with a dropper and you really do only need a few drops - I did get a bit carried away as it smells divine and is so light on your skin. I have ‘mature’ skin which is prone to being dry and blotchy. Within two weeks I had noticed a definite improvement in texture and in the blotchiness - it was much less noticeable. I have already ordered another bottle and highly recommend it. There are other gems in this release and I am really looking forward to trying these as well! Absolutely recommend this elixir, particularly if you have problem skin.

For its price point this is a great product. A little goes a long way, it is quite thin so does tend to run from the dropper. It is very easy to apply and is easily absorbed. Very little fragrance so pleasant to use. It has made a difference to my wrinkles and would repurchase.

This serum comes with a dropper and I found it quite runny, it dripped down your face as you are trying to put it on. It smells ok, I do like strong smelling products but it wasn't offensive. I did find that it was quite oily and didn't absorb into my skin, so it made it hard to apply makeup over the top of it. Even leaving it for 5 or so minutes it still hadn't absorbed properly. For this reason I wouldn't use it again. I also did not find ant reduction in my wrinkles after 2 weeks but that's probably not enough time to let it work. It wasn't my favorite product and I wouldn't purchase it for myself.

I loved testing this product and enjoyed seeing some positive results. The elixir was easy to use and absorbed quickly, My skin condition looks more rested and even. Wrinkles to the side of my eyes aren't as deep and the skin looks smoother.

Packaging is extra nice maybe it’s the gold box, it’s quite eye catching Easy read instructions, fabulous when you can read the small print, a nice glass bottle with a drop applicator for ease of use and control of product. The fragrance is very light and sweet not sickly It’s like an oil and soaks in quite quickly, leaving no greasy residue either. I used this twice a day am and pm using my usual facial routine I used about a quarter of a tube amount and I squirted this into the palm of my hand pressed my palms together then pressed this elixir into my face and neck. I usually use a serum followed by an oil so this was like a two in one for me bonus :)

To my surprise after 4 weeks I found my skin felt soft and hydrated and a bit brighter and definitely smoother feels very nice I have quite a bit the crepey skin on my neck due to age the skin looks a bit weird old. I’m sure it has improved in texture and I find it’s not so saggy or paper like looks way better brighter as well. When I finish this bottle I will buy one as I think it’s doing a fabulous job And you can grab it from the supermarket on special very reasonably priced nice that you don’t have to spend a small fortune to get a product that works Worth a try
