This received good reviews so I was keen to try it. I ended trying the 20ml travel as well as the larger pump (which I have for guests in the bathroom now). I used this after washing my hands at work and needing a nice smell to follow the toxic soap in the bathrooms. I chose the intensive as I thought it would be rich. I guess I should have realised a body lotion is for lighter application over the whole body. Anyway I have had to replace my cream at work but it works really well in the guest bathroom at home now and the fragrance is lovely. I am now keen to try a proper handcream by essano as I liked the frangrance and look and it wasn't too greasy or chemical like.

Tips: don't use in a moving car - make sure you are sitting as its pretty quick to spill everywhere. Use on the body not just hands!
I love the bottle ,dark brown plastic with a decent pump on the top and a lovely pink label. It caught my eye and as it was a special at the supermarket I took the plunge. The pump is awesome -I pump is sufficient for hands and another for arms and elbows. Love the rosey scent and the consistency of the lotion. The lotions just melts into my skin and does not leave a greasy sticky feel after which is really good . With the container holding 400 Mls I feel even at full price this is a realistic price. I like that there is no animal testing and no nasty chemicals. I have been using a couple of times a day for a month and still have plenty of product left to use so feel it is value for money.
Tips: It is an ideal product for having at work to use during day as no sticky residue to dirty your computer and you will find you get into a regular habit of using.
After reading so many awesome reviews about the Essano Rosehip Intensive Hydrating Body Lotion I was super excited to try this product out! Unfortunately it massively fell short of my expectations. I found the lotion to be way too thin to do any real moisturising, which is weird since the product name includes the word 'Intensive'. I didn't find anything about this intensive at all! After switching to this lotion my hands actually started drying out to the point where they got kinda chapped, and I had to switch back to my good old Body Shop Body Butter. So unfortunately despite the cute packaging and awesome brand philosophy this lotion just did not cut it for me.
When I have guests at my house they comment on how lovely the hand cream is in the bathroom. This body lotion is fantastic. It is easily available at supermarkets, is a great price, natural, kind on skin and the environment and does exactly what it says it does! This smells incredible, is really moisturising & lasts a long time. The only fault I could find is the packaging - I'm not a big fan of the pump as its difficult to get the last bit out of the bottle and you have to turn it upside down etc. But honestly - great product.
I got this as part of an Essano giftset. I love that it is made in NZ. The packaging is really pretty like all Essano products. Very generous sized bottles with a great handy pump.
It has the most beautiful scent. I am not usually a fan of rose scents but this I really love. It lingers on my skin for hours after I apply it and I often find myself giving my arm a sniff haha!
It is a lovely consistency, definately not runny but not mega thick. It applies like a dream. Leaves my skin feeling super hydrated and no sticky feeling at all or greasy residue left over.
I definately think this is a great product and would repurchase after I have used up a few of my other moisturisers. Love it.
I like the brand essano. I like it's made in NZ. I like it's made with certified organic rosehip oil. I like essano's promise it contains no nasty ingredients (parabens, harsh chemical sulphates, phthalates, colours, petrochemicals). I like the smell of the moisturiser. I like the cute little 30ml / 1.01 fl oz bottle with a pump on it. I like to use it on my hands throughout the day and keep it in my handbag.
Tips: Great NZ brand. Very reasonably priced at the supermarket, go ahead and buy a little gift pack (contains small travel size bottles), perfect to use on the go :)
I recieved this in my beauty box for trial. I havent really used rosehip oils before but thought it was worth a go. Easy to get out with a spray applicator. I tend to spray into the palm of my hand rub them together to heat up then apply. It has a lovely smell and absorbs really quickly without leaving an oily residue. I like to put it on during the day if I am going out with a singlet or tshirt on and put on my arms and shoulders to give a nice shine to my skin.
Tips: Great to use on suntanned skin that may be looking a bit dry. I use this and it really takes away the dry look and brings out your tan.
I really like this body lotion. It smells divine with a lovely floral scent and I really look forward to putting it on so I can get the scent on me. The texture is not too runny and not too thick and rubs in nicely to my skin. I have mainly been using it on my hands and they have been noticeably softer and smoother since I started putting this body lotion on them. I am really impressed with this whole range of products and think I can safely say that they have me hooked
I prefer an intensivery hydration cream Thai cream has a lovely scent & even better pacakging but it wasn't hydrating enough to pemirate my alight or skin. I'd repurchase aging if it was on spevial & I had no moisturizer. I picked this up from the supermarket & thought for the price & the volume it'd be a win win .I'd really wanted to love this product. It comes in a dark brown almost organic looking bottle that's plastic with a good pump the size is also appealing giving it a good lifespan I anyone's regime. The product itself has the scent any person would love the cream is thin so thin it doesn't do much for my dry skin. It's absorbant but once it's settled into my skin Im left still dry & ashy on my joints hopefully I'm the only one that's experienced this result. Sotry for the review but this isn't a winner for me.
Got a bottle of this in a recent beauty box and I think it would easily be one of the best products I have received! This moisturiser immediately became a favourite for me.
The bottle is a elegant brown colour with a lovely pink label. It boasts it's NZ made, cruelty free and contains none of the nasty stuff which is great.
The first thing to stand out was the smell - coconut was the main scent but you also get a hint of frangipani in there as well and it's amazing. Such a tropical summery smell.
It rubs into the skin easily and does not feel greasy or slimy after which I like. I could pretty much carry on with what I was doing without needing to wait for it to dry. And after only a few days using it my skin feels so soft and smooth. This is one I will most likely buy again.
Tips: A little goes a long way so even though it's more pricy than every day moisturisers I buy I'm thinking it will last a while
