Got two huge bottles last year and I really just don't understand how I'm supposed to use it,or maybe I just never found the need to? I've never had sunburns/irritations since I got them so I never tested in that aspect. I did have really bad acne breakouts and I do spray this on my face in the morning or in the middle of the day but I just don't feel any different afterwards. The redness on my face still looks hella mad at me so I don't feel like they soothe acne-related irritations. I suppose it does feel a bit cooling for the first few minutes after I spray it on but nothing that a nice cold glass of water can't do. I also tried using it to dampen my make-up brush or sponge and it didn't end up well. The concealer on my face oxidized and it was so hard to blend after that. I'm really not sure if I'm using this properly. Maybe a smaller bottle would be good to bring with me to a long-haul flight but it's definitely not something I would 'need' to bring with me nor spend on. I'm probably not going to repurchase.

Avene is one of those brands that screams luxury. Their products are super hydrating, luxe, and cost a pretty penny. Their signature french branding is on point, simple and clean - looks stunning in the bathroom.
I got this in a goodie bag, and, well, it's probably going to be the only time that I will EVER own this. Sure, it's gorgeous and hydrating - my skin feels super refreshed and glowing after using it.. but I just can't get over the fact that it's just water in a can! You could practically bottle up water from your tap into an old spray toner bottle for the same effect. It seems a little ridiculous to be spending $30 on something that you can get from your tap for free.
Tips: Leave it in the fridge for the ultimate refreshing blast.
This product has helped bring my skin back from a point of dryness and sensitivity that I thought I would never be without. I used to get such dry eyelids and skin on my face during season change and this product (and the Avene Soothing Eye Contour Cream) has banished the flaking/peeling/excema of skin around my eyes (people used to think I wore eyeshadow every day - nope, just dry, dry eyes my friends). Literally a game changer. Very hydrating, cooling and refreshing - although my boyfriend does laugh at my "consumerism" of buying fancy water in a spray can...
Tips: Combine with Avene Soothing Eye Contour Cream for epically moisturized and hydrated eyes
I'll admit, this is technically just fancy French water in a can - but gosh it's good! This spray is cooling, hydrating and soothing on sensitive skin. I spray it onto my skin after cleansing and through out the day. Plus it is super cooling on sunburn! Unfortunately it is a bit pricey and i do go through it rather quickly.
Tips: Buy the bigger size - more value for money!
I love to use this spray for summer. It gives me a lovely spritz & refreshes my skin so nice lifting of the heat. It's a straight forward spray that has no scent &just; soothes & calms me.
This product is such a delight to use, I picked this up from my local pharmacy. I found it to be very calming and soothing on my skin, I have very sensitive dry skin that tends to break out in excema from time to time, so I try and prevent it from doing so by natural products that are fast to hydrate my skin aswell as keeping moisture locked in. This product was a definite case of that, it helped to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day, did an amazing job
I bought this back from a recent trip to Melbourne, as I had heard good things about it. It would be perfect on a hot summers day, when you need a little pick me up. Granted, it is water in a can but if you're on the go, travelling or just after a woke out at the gym, it's pretty handy to have on hand!
When I brought Avene thermal water, I was looking for a product to give my skin an added boost of hydration in the afternoon and thought this might be worth trying.
The product comes in a can, it is unscented so prefect for sensitive skin. One spritz is usually enough to cover my entire face. I leave it to dry naturally which only takes a few minutes. It is great for refreshing your skin on a hot day and equally great for when travelling. What I really like about this product is that it doesn't affect your make-up and leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated without feeling sticky.
I personally find it rather expensive for what it is so no I would not repurchase it again.
I have had a lot of success with the avene products, and so decided to try this one. It's kinda nice and refreshing like spraying your face with water. Because that's what it is. Spraying your face with water. It left me with one key thought - why did I spend money on this? On the bright side it works extremely well if you want a deterrent for cats when they are scratching furniture.
Some may find the concept of this product confusing - or like the product isn't useful. However, as someone with sensitive skin and rosacea, this product works wonders. Avene is known for its gentle products, with safe ingredients that do not irritate the skin. I was recommended Avene over a year ago by a pharmacist. The thermal spring water is perfect for any days when your skin is irritated or inflamed, warmer weather, after the gym, or whenever you want to feel fresher. The spray is a fine mist and dispenses a great amount - not too much and not too little. It feels cooling on the skin, makes me feel fresher, and quickly reduces any signs of redness or irritation on the skin.
Tips: The pharmacist also recommended not too shake the can. As this can disrupt the active ingredients.
