L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Eye Cream Review

I've never really bothered with eye creams before, to be honest I've always been convinced they were just moisturiser in a tiny tube...cough. Plus the faff of patting them gently into the skin with your pinky finger. Too much work.

So I was chuffed to see this eye cream was something different. The slanted metal applicator is instantly cooling and feels like a real treat to your under eyes.

My dark circles definitely look reduced after use and I think this might be the key factor in the reduction of smile lines.

Would I pay $47 for it? Probably not, but I'd definitely pick it up on special!

Very attractive tube with metal applicator. Feels very cool when applying Have noticed a reduction in the bags under the eyes and the lines around the eyes have totally disappeared I still have my dark circles. But can't complain as there is no claim to reduce or get rid of the dark circles.

Best Ever!! This is amazing! Lives up to its claims! I absoluetly loved this ! This is one of those products that you use every day and its a treat for your skin! With the applicator at the end of the tube, it had such a refreshing and cooling effect on the eye area. It made my eyes less puffy, less wrinkled and so much fresher! Cant rave about this enough! Nice consistency to the cream, felt very indulgent without being too rich or greasy - this was well absorbed - most refreshing product! loved it!!

The Revitalift Laser X3 Eye cream is a light cream that absorbs instantly. Before opening the eye cream, I thought it would come with a rollerball applicator - I was nicely surprised to find the applicator is a cooling metal tip and the the cream is dispensed from there. Doesn't smell like much. Non-irritating, soothing and moisturising. The active ingredients include Pro-Xylane that has firming properties and hyaluronic acid that hydrates and repairs damage to skin. My undereye area feels hydrated and soft after application. It hasn't done anything for my dark undereye circles but the fine lines around my eyes appear softened. Very hygienic applicator that dispenses very nicely. Love this product and think it is good value for money. Will recommend and repurchase.

Modern packaging is appealing. Product is in a plastic tube with a slanted metal applicator, which does provide a cooling effect but I prefer to use my fingertips gently for aplication.

Eye cream contains Hyaluronic acid and Pro-xylane so feels like it is actively working on fine lines and wrinkles.

Was smooth and glides on easily, so very important around the delicate eye area. Slight fragrance but not unpleasant.

I felt my skin was hydrated and felt firmer after trialling this product. Would use again and recommend for purchase but was not fussed with the metal applicator system.

Good value for the price point.

Thanks for the opportunity to trial this eye cream. I have a lot of small wrinkles around my eyes as well as heavy bags and I think the eyes show your age the most. First of all, this eye cream comes in a small red, shiny which looks rather attractive. The tip is a slanted shape which makes the cream incredibly easy to apply which is amazing! The effects... I have to say the first time I used it, I was incredibly impressed and swear I felt it working, although, it could have been in my mind but I definitely felt this nice cooling feeling under my eyes. I have used this product for the past month and have noticed the crows feet have shrunk and become less noticeable. I love this product, it's easy to use, has no real smell and feels amazing.

This eye cream comes in a plastic tube which matches the rest of the Revitalift Laser x 3 range and the slanted tip makes application easy. It is nice and creamy with a pleasant fragrance and I only used about half a pea sized amount every time, applying once the serum had soaked in. This small amount gave ample coverage and I would carefully massage into my laughter lines and dab under my eyes. In conjunction with the other products I used in this range, I saw the fabulous effects. The eye cream definitely helped reduce puffiness and has reduced the depth of wrinkles/ laughter lines and made them feel more hydrated. The skin looks more plumped and refreshed and this is also great for sticking in your bag when your eyes feel a quick pick me up!

This eye cream comes in a soft plastic tube, it is easy to squeeze the product out. It matches in with the rest of the range being a dark red colour. It has a slanted tip applicator that is like a metal so it is cool and soothing against the skin. I did end up keeping it in the fridge so it was really cold and helped with my puffy eyes first thing in the morning.

The eye cream itself is a pearlescent white colour, I only used the smallest amount (roughly the size of a grain of rice) to cover my eye area. I generally massage it in doing a back to front ‘S’ around my eye area. (Start at the outer edge of the eye, go underneath the eye to the corner of your eye then across the brow bone and gently massage around the crow’s feet area) I do this 3 times per eye. It has a faint scent, I can’t place the scent though it just smells fresh. It has a lovely silk feel to it and my peepers feel refreshed and look brighter as soon as I have applied it. I also noticed my sensitive eyes don’t water or sting when I apply it or wake up with extremely puffy eyes.

Since using this eye cream I have noticed my under eye bags aren’t as noticeable. And the thin skin under my eyes look more hydrated. I would happily repurchase this when I run out. I have used some very high end eye creams and I think this one is equally as good but comes with a quarter of the price tag!!

I have been using this product for a month, and I can honestly say that I can see a difference. The applicator took a bit of getting used to - instead of patting the cream around my eye - but it is easy to use. I have used the eye cream morning and night, paying attention to the lines on the outer (crows feet), and I can see a softening of those lines. Under eye bags have not gone, but definitely look firmer. Will continue to use it, especially if I can get it on sale.
