I've used the mini size of this several times as their sample kit is so handy for travelling.
This cleanser is fine, but for me I found it too thin and I didn't find that it actually did much. As it is the sister brand of Trilogy I think it just fails to compare to their cleansers so while it's not bad, it's just not what I was after. My skin doesn't really feel clean after using this.
I was lucky to receive this In the ball season BBBE. The timing was perfect as I had just used the last of my previous cleanser and it is a bit expensive so was excited to try this especially since it's a NZ brand.
The green tube is simple but nice a light mint green with a silver screw top lid. I love the quirky writing and directions on the back, it's always refreshing to see brands that have a bit of fun rather than being boring and basic. The tube is on the larger size coming in at 150mls. It feels like I will be using this tube forever. I have been already using this for weeks now and it feels like I have hardly made a dent in it.
The creamy white cleanser has a mild floral kind of fragrance it's lovely. I add a small drop to my konjac sponge and get washing. I'm always scared trying new cleansers on my dry skin, so many times I'm left disappointed with them being extra drying. But this feels nice on my skin and in no way drying or gives it that 'squeaky' clean feeling, and most importantly my skin looks and feels clean and soft.
Now this is where the fun begins its a gorgeous cleanser when you don't have makeup on or if you only have a BB cream on. I don't find it great at removing heavy makeup and in particular mascara. I can't for the life of me remove mascara easily with it but hey that is why they invented eye makeup remover.
Overall it's a great cleanser for the morning or if you don't have lots of make up to remove. The tube will last ages too so it makes for great value and being a NZ brand that is using natural ingredients makes it even better.
