Found it very nice to use as only a small quantity was needed. Felt very smooth and soaked in straight away. There was no strong smell. I was impressed that with sensitive skin it did not react.
Tips: Use only a very small amount each time.
I have very sensitive skin which when it's sensitised, it tends to peel. I tried rose hip oil to fix this but it didn't work. Once my skin was sorted out thought ose hip oil helped maintain it a lot longer. I would usually have to change to specail moisturised once every 6-8 weeks but with using rose hip oil on healthy skin every day I have only have on lot of peeling in the past 6 months.
Use the rosehip oil at night but this blend is not only easily absorbed but has also made my skin a lot more even toned. I wear it every day under my moisturizer and night- on it's own. I like the fact that it's still neutral-ish smelling, covers dry spots on my face evenly and is full of antioxidants. Has put my 'which cream to use' dilemmas at rest... might switch to the Trilogy range pretty soon... :)
Tips: Use after toning ... if you use a moisturizer with it then follow up with a 'light' one. Best used as regularly as possible to get best results.
Not for me sorry. Smelt like cooking oil. I decided to try this on the top of only one hand. I have just asked my husband to touch them both to see if there is a difference and he said no. Doesn't look any different either. No noticeable changes on my face either. Would prefer to use Bio-oil.
This product was a pleasure to review. Being very skeptical that 2-3 drops would cover the face, neck & décolletage, it covered all areas more than adequately. No stinging, burning or reactions was a wonderful bonus. As the days went on more benefits became apparent - no more cracked lips, the area around my finger nails improved and the skin and nails looked healthier. My face showed the biggest improvement. My skin appeared to drink the oil and lasted till the next application, 12 hours later. Lines appear softer and dry patches are almost gone. The overall texture of my skin appears much improved and comments from family asking if I had had a facial. Feeling better about my skin has made me more motivated in my overall appearance. The bottle is such a great benefit, easy to open and to measure the exact amount of oil, the color also helping to protect the product. When I saw the cost of the product it is great value for money and I will continue to use the Trilogy oil and check out other products available. Thank you for allowing me to trial this product, it has converted me to the Trilogy Range.
Tips: I tried the product on my "winter-worn" feet and have noticed a great improvement in the dry skin and the ability to remove hard skin much more easily (pumice brush). Due to medication my hair is extremely dry, I used 6 drops, massaged into my hair and then styled my hair as usual. It wasn't oily and when I washed my hair I noticed a huge improvement in the condition of my hair.
I have oily, acne prone skin, and I was a bit nervous to try this. It's a great size bottle for the price. I think it's a little too early to tell if it really does what it claims after 1 week, but I really liked it. The smell could be improved...smells like old oil, but my face felt great...not too oily, not too dry. It was enough moisture to repair any dryness caused from all my serums, peels, and needling, but surprisingly not oily! Upon application, it is of course oily, but it just works itself in :)
Tips: Need to use WAY more than it says! It said 2-3 drops...ummm...I did a whole dropper full for face, neck, décolleté. I also really massaged it into problem areas.
I didn't see any visible difference. I used it instead of moisturiser twice daily, and my skin FELT very nice and smooth, but I didn't like the smell of it. It just smelt like oil, not a very nice fragrance for around your face neck area.
Tips: Perhaps over a longer time period it may SHOW some improvement? I think the smell should be more fragrant and feminine.
I really like the feel of this oil, it soaks in nicely and doesn't remain shiny. I haven't noticed outstanding results but I do enjoy its temporary effect during the day.
I use this at night after removing my make up and in the morning as base under my bb cream/ foundation. It has helped to balance out my dry forehead and I have not noticed any breakouts because of this serum
Tips: It's great to use when ou are makeup free and you want to treat your skin with some moisture/ treatment or overnight serum
