I actually bought this gadget for my husband who suffers from badly cracked heels but I decided to try it for myself. Heels are not my problem but I have,for several years now, had a large calloused growth on the side of my index finger – very irritating as it is my writing hand. It probably took me 5 to 10 minutes of gentle rubbing and it is now GONE. So very much superior to the traditional old pumice stone and other methods I have tried.
