As a regular user of NIVEA body cream, shower gel, Q10 night cream, and Q10 day cream, I was excited to try this newest addition to the family. While I initially didn't like the plastic pottle, I got used to it over the trial and the wider top made it easier to access. I found Cellular lighter than my usual NIVEA Q10 and my skin felt slightly dry during the day using Cellular. A lovely product but I'm not sure I will switch from NIVEA Q10 at this stage.

Ok so maybe I didn't want to go back that far, only about 10 years, but the fragrance, oh the fragrance! I loved it. I love that Nivea fragrance, i've used their Q10 over the years and its always been abit of a bug bearer of mine that they've strayed away from the traditional fragrance, well the good news is with this, they've strayed back. In general I loved it. My face felt hydrated, smoother and I felt my wrinkles were less evident. I've used it for 6 weeks but i'll be interested to know if I see a continued improvement once i've used it for longer. I think the price is affordable for an Anti Wrinkle products, you can buy it at the supermarket which is convenient for me, and I think my Q10 will be getting ditched in the future for this new baby!
Tips: Use it on your décolletage and the backs of your hands as well! They may as well all look the same age.
I found this product quite good. It was not oily or greasy. It absorbed quickly was very light and had the wonderful Nivea smell that I remember as a child when my Mother used it.
Over the period I have used this, daily, I have noticed fine lines are fading and my skin is looking much smoother. That's a win!!!
I don't like creams in a jar though. I find them messy, much prefer them in a tube etc but that would be my only complaint.
Tips: Purchase those little spatula's to get the cream out of the jar. That's my only gripe, and it's a personal thing - others may not mind so much.
I really believe in the Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream SPF 15. Its a lovely textured cream, light and non-greasy with the usual pleasant aroma of other Nivea products. It absorbs quickly into the skin and makeup can be applied straight over without delay.
After using this day cream for 6weeks many of my friends and family members commented on how well I was looking and how great my skin was. I really do think it has enabled my skins vitality and youthfulness. My skin is really smooth at the moment and the texture is really even.
I think for a product which is easily accessible at your local supermarket or pharmacy its a winner and definitely worth trying. The price point at $27.99 makes it really affordable and I believe you would get 3months out of a pot. So for under $10 a month its really economical and it contains a sunscreen so you dont need an extra product for sun protection.
I highly recommend this cream. Im interested to check out the other products in the range now as well after having noticing such a good improvement in my skin.
Tips: Apply foundation straight away after using Nivea Cellular Anti-Age facial Day Cream SPF 15, no need to wait for it to sink in, gives a good surface for liquid foundation to be applied over top, a bit like a primer.
Sexy packaging, distinctive Nivea smell, and easy to use screw jar, which is good for scraping out the last of the cream when it nears the end. The cream is smooth and applies easily, non-greasy and leaves the skin feeling fresh and supple. I have a dry, 42 year old skin, which has responded well to 2 weeks use. I had a comment about how fresh I looked the other day! Would definitely use again and will recommend to others.
I am always very dubious of anti aging products, and sadly this one didnt really change my mind. one of the claims on the pack is 'The rich texture softly melts into the skin and is quickly absorbed, providing an immediate sensation of comfort and care" the first time I tried it it was dense and did not melt into my skin, I used a tissue and wiped most of it back off. So the following days I used a tiny bit each day and for someone that likes really light moisturisers it was ok. Because I didnt know if I would notice a difference int he skin on my face I also tried in on only my left hand and arm and sadly I dont believe my skin looks any different on the left to the right. I did however find that my pimples have lessened a lot and for that I am truly grateful.
Tips: As a moisturiser it is a good every day reasonably priced product, but as an age improving wrinkle lessening product, it just didnt make any difference to my skin.
I have sensitive, dry skin and was looking forward to trying this product. I normally find Nivea products to be one of the few brands that suits my skin. It felt great when I first put it on, as it has a nice texture, however I found it did not hydrate my skin as much as I hoped it would in my main problem area - my forehead. There my skin felt quite tight and looked dry and flakey. The rest of my skin felt good though and felt firmer. I would be keen to try the night cream version to see if that makes any difference to my problem area.
I received this free from Beauty Review to trial. It arrived just after Easter and I've been using it every morning since, and some evenings. I've used less than a quarter of the pot over this time. Overall I'm pretty pleased with this cream. It absorbs well, without being greasy. It plumps my skin up a bit, not necessarily reducing wrinkles but making them appear a bit shallower. I don't think it has influenced skin renewal but my skin does seem a bit firmer. I don't usually use a thick cream like this (basically a cold cream) but I found the early days with this were good and it was absorbed well. In the cooler weather of the last couple of weeks though I've found it a bit heavy for my skin and slower to melt in. A lotion version might be better for my skin over winter. One thing that I really don't like is the fragrance. It is the usual NIVEA fragrance, used for years, and it's not an unpleasant scent. But it's way too strong for me. With some products you get used to the fragrance after a while but with this, every application gives a strong scent that I don't like on my face. If there was an unscented version, I'd like it a lot more. Packaging is simple, classy, robust.
Tips: Best to apply straight after a shower while the skin is warm and open.
I like the Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream SPF 15. I have sensitive skin. After a few weeks of application I have noticed my skin was firmer and moisturised. The consistency of the cream is creamy and silky. The cream is easy to apply on dry and clean skin. The cream has a light magnolia fragrance that disappears quickly.
I use a jelly bean size to apply on my face and neck. I massage it into my skin for about 30 seconds. The cream stands up with my lifestyle working in an office in front of a computer or being outside walking / running. Its price of $27.99 is reasonable and is similar to other brands.
The outside packaging can be recycled. The jar is easy to hold in the hand, the lid opens easily and closes securely.
It was my first try at this product and I will use it again. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Tips: I like to massage the cream into my skin in the morning for about 30 seconds.
This cream is lovely and rich with a nice perfume. I thought the packaging was very classy for a lower cost anti-age cream. Unfortunately for me, it was too rich for my skin and gave me break outs! My beautician also thought that it was dryer in patches than with my normal moisturiser. I did think that my fine lines were improved but not sure anyone else noticed as I didn't receive any comments about it! I wouldn't use it again due to the break outs, however, I would recommend to friends to give it a try should they be looking for a low cost anti-age cream. I did find that the thickness of the cream meant that a little went a long way so it is definitely a value for money moisturiser. All in all, I do think it is a good product, just not one that suits my strange skin.
Tips: It's such a rich cream that start with a little amount and build from there.
