I have been using the L'Oréal Purity Face Wash and Clay Mask together for about two weeks now.
I have noticed dramatically how much less oil my face is producing which I am loving :)
I use the face wash in the shower and leave it on for around two minutes, then rinse it off thouroughly. After jumping out of the shower I put a nice even layer of the clay mask on my face and leave it for about 12-15 minutes. It dries after about 10 minutes and makes the face feel super tight! I rinse this off with lukewarm water making sure to rinse everything off.
The results are very noticeable if you have clogged pores and blackheads. My blackheads on the nose shrink dramatically and almost disappear. My face looks a lot less congested and looks very fresh and clean.
My makeup during the day usually starts fading as the face oils melt it away, but the last week my makeup has stayed on all day with my face producing ALOT less oil.
I would recommend this to anyone that gets excessive oil.
I was lucky enough to be picked to trial this regime by BR, so big thanks as always to them! I was really excited. Anyway, this regime retails for $14.99 for the wash and $24.99 for the mask I believe. For the price, you get a great amount of product in either. You can find it at supermarkets, Farmers, The Warehouse and other similar stores nationwide.
I did like this range, as I have oily combination skin, however, I would be wary if you are susceptible to dry patches. I sometimes do get them, and I found that these products sometimes made them worse. If you have dry skin, definitely steer clear of this range because I can only imagine how dry your skin would feel after it. The packaging of these products is also great - the wash is just an average tube however the mask comes in a hefty glass tub which feels very premium for the price. I will definitely be keeping these products out on display!
Overall, I definitely wouldn't say this is a miracle skincare regime, I didn't notice any huge improvements in the things I care about most (blackheads, huge amounts of oil) but this regime did perform a bit better than other face washes and masks I have tried. If you have to get one product from this range, I'd say get the mask, the smell is quite strong but it smells of gorgeous eucalyptus and my face felt nice and fresh after use.
