Great investment if you get sore heels! I find I get blisters quite badly in some of my shoes, but using these gel pads stops that from happening. They last an ok amount of time, however sometimes the stickiness keeping them stuck to the shoe can wear out. They also get quite dirty, so I avoid using them in flats (where they get dirty faster). Still a very good investment, especially for everyday work in the office shoes!

I struggle when wearing shoes that I always have to use plasters for blisters or some form of protection! I was recommended these by a friend and have found them really useful. The gel was nice and soothing, to begin with, however, they do tend to wear down quite fast. Leaving them still effective but not as nice comfort compared to when I first wore them. They are a great price though for what is offered.
My heels rub raw in any pair of shoes no matter what material they are made of. So products like this are a godsend.
The Footcare gel heel shields have 2 pairs in their packet instead of one like most brands, making them better value as a product. However packaging-wise I'd prefer they use a cardboard refoldable packaging like Scholl does. The Scholl packaging is more environmentally and user friendly.
In terms of how long these heel shields stick to the shoe it seems to depend on a lot of factors, but overall they stick on until the sticky side is no longer sticky. And often I've replaced them because they looked dirty from all the dirty that gets on your shoes over time.
Tips: If the skin on your feet rubs, gel products like these are fantastic.
