This hand cream is exactly what it says it is. I would describe it as a 'glove'. It really puts a barrier between your skin and the outside world. My parter has really rough tradie hands, and he swears by this!

so my hands are lizard hands, or specifically, my knuckles are. the rest of me is moist and soft but my knuckles, oh no, they're drier than the white dog poo you see sometimes (sorry for that imagery haha).

anyway. picked this up from mecca, and oh my. thick, wonderful white gold. smells faintly medicinal but it's not horrible. a small amount is all you need, anymore and its far too oily (learned that the hard way).

my lizard knuckles are my more hydrated and i'm happier for it. would definitely repurchase.

This is beyond a hand cream it is exactly as they market it, a salve. It’s very soothing and used regularly it definitely hydrates and leaves my hands feeling soft and younger. It is very similar to their face cream in the big white tub in the way it smells and feels on the skin. I usually apply it before bed as it does leave my hands feeling quite greasy and takes a while to sink in. The packaging is your standard plastic tube which makes it easy to travel with. I will use this product again but it’s not one that I rush out to buy as it’s not the most affordable and as I can’t use it during the day it does limit how often I can use it. If you have extremely dry hands then this might be perfect for you but probably not ideal for someone that just needs a little hydration.
