I do love that this really give the 50spf factor! with the added benefit having a bb cream- though the colour wasnt 100% right - it did make my skin look smooth and blemish free.

La Roche-posay has done it again with an outstanding product. Light coverage without a Cakey heavy make up look with the bonus of sun protection. I’m enjoying the bb cream in autumn-winter-spring, nice light coverage and while wearing a mask (sick of the inside of the mask rubbing my makeup off, such a waste). Although I prefer a standalone sunscreen during summer especially when out in the elements.
I have very dry skin in winter. I mean - dry red flaky patches around my nose, wake up with sunken tight dull skin, dry undereye skin that concealer clings too. Winter and my skin are not friends. I’ve tried so many products over the years and only a few have made the difference.
This product is fantastic for dry skin. I apply it over my moisturiser and blends well and sinks in. It feels super hydrating, and leaves your skin looking fresh and glowing.
I have a fair-light complexion. Initially I was worried this BB cream would be too dark, but the colour blends out really nicely and gives you a healthy sun-kissed glow. I feel this could be buildable for medium skin tones too. I apply concealer and bronzer/highlighter over this and it works well under my makeup.
So if you have dry and sensitive skin, and after a glowy natural look that is hydrating and SPF protecting - then I highly recommend this product. I’ve purchased twice now, and will keep this as a staple in my makeup bag forever.
Tips: Apply with fingers, blend out for your desired tone. A little goes a long way.
I was pretty hesitant initially when I opened it and saw how dark it was. But man was I surprised with how smooth it went on, how well it blended with my skin tone and didn't make my skin feel tacky at all! It even has a pleasant smell. Safe to say, I'm hooked. Just gutted that they don't make bigger tubes
Tips: Start in the middle and blend out in circular motions. Put moisturiser on your hands first if you don't want orange marks on your hands lol!
