essano Hydrating Rosehip Gentle Exfoliator

I've come back to this a few times - it's lovely. Packaging is the Essano characteristic soft pink packaging, with gold, white and brown accents and a black flip top cap at the bottom of the tube, which is an inverted triangular shape.

The cream is easily dispensed, and is a soft off white with the exfoliating pieces - possibly walnut? Not sure.

The product is gentle and soothing, rather than a full on SCRUB - pleasant and not harsh, which is nice.

The subtle scent is really nice as some of their products can be a little strong for my taste.

Skin is left feeling nourished and - not exactly scrubbed, but clean. It's a good product for those who don't like scrubs with bigger exfoliating particles, or those who love their rosehip. It's not great if you need a full deep scrub.

Lovely, good price, and non harmful. I'd buy again

Cons: I'm disappointed to see alcohol as an ingredient twice in a natural product. The scrubbing granules are too small for my personal preference.

Natural again my favourite. I jave very sensetive skin and a to harsh scrum makes my skin break out. I love how gentle the essano face scrub is. Its creamy so while exfoliating it also hydrates mu skin. I like the musky smell and after srubing it put on my roship oil and it absorbs into my skon so fast and my skin feels and looks healthy hudraited and smooth.

I was gifted this by my partner . I like it when he gets involved in my beauty buys . I’m a regular at taking care of my skin. My skin type is dry with sensitivity started recently. With ageing forming fine lines on my fore head and under my eyes. No!!! lol

Packaging comes in this rossy pink tube . Formula is creamy I find it hard to detect any scrubbing beads. Smells rosey sweet . It applies well on my skin to me it feels like a moisturiser. It cleans my skin well . Not that good with taking off my make up but that’s ok .

Over all it’s easily accessible in most stores . I think it would be great to add to any gift for a friend or family member . I would use this again as a first cleanse but not a remover.

I acquired this a while ago when New World had first stopped selling microbead products and were doing a promo where you could trade in any microbead product for one of these. I'm not a fan of manual exfoliators (I prefer acid toners for that) but I thought I would give it a go anyway. I only use this once a week or so the tube has lasted me ages.

What I like about this is that the scrub is in a very creamy base - very similar to Essano's creme cleanser which I love. The scrub particles aren't too scrubby and there's not too many of them so this does feel really gentle. It has a very soft fragrance.

I am unlikely to use this again, just because scrubs aren't my thing. But if you do like them. this a a lovely gentle one to go for.

I love this Essano range. The smell is yummy, the texture is creamy and the granules are not too harsh. This is a very gentle face exfoliator and I use it every day.. Dont expect layers of dead skin to be coming off as it' seems to be designed for regular use as opposed to once a week/fortnight. A lovely product again from Essano!

This gentle exfoliator does exactly what it says. It's gentle enough to use every day which I like as you don't have to use a cleanser every day and then a harsher exfoliator once or twice a week. I like how it doesn't strip you dry like a lot of cleansers as cleansers shouldn't make you feel like the Sahara desert when you finish showering. For someone with super dry skin, this is good. One thing I'm not particularly fond of is the smell. But all in all, this is a good product that I would use again.

This exfoliator removes my makeup pretty well and leaves my skin feeling clean. But however it doesn't really help with my acne-prone skin. The smell is pretty subdued and it's super accesible at supermarkets like Countdown. It's also quite affordable and gentle on my skin. Other reviewers claim this brand does not contain 'harsh chemicals' which I guess is a plus.

I got recommended this range of skincare has I did have acne and acne scarring. I used this product at night and it did help with removing my makeup and felt like it did give me that nice and clean feeling. Though I did not find that this product made my skin brighter. Also found that this range did not help with my acne I just felt like this was a good at night exfoliator to give my skin a good cleansed feeling. I would recommend this product because its gentle on the skin and does not contain and harsh chemicals.

I initially purchased this product solely as I needed something small to fit in my toilet bag - this turned out to be arguably the BEST skincare purchase I've ever made, totally by chance!

Upon use you can really feel the product exfoliating your skin and removing dirt/oil; however, it's not harsh at all like many other exfoliating products. Additionally, only a minimal amount of product is required to achieve a deep cleanse. The rosy scent is also relatively minimal which is particularly nice seeing as the product is used on your face, where those scents can become quite overpowering.

I have very dry skin and often after washing my face my skin becomes rough, tight and uncomfortable very quickly. However, this product left my skin feeling incredibly soft which was quite impressive given its thorough exfoliating effects.

Couldn't recommend more highly if you're after an exfoliating product which still leaves your skin soft. The only downside is the price - at around $12 you don't get a huge amount of product for the money and if I can find a cheaper alternative I'd probably switch but it'd have to be VERY good to match this!!
