After years of struggling with acne scarring I went on the hunt for a product to help with that. I tried several products and oils to help and the only one I feel in love with was the essano rosehip oil. The beautiful packaging was a seller to begin with, it caught my eye instantly on the self and was so excited to take it home. After removing from the box the bottle was just as cute and the little dropper was such a nice addition compared to other brands which could get a little bit messy when tipping to get product.
After the first use I was worried about my skin becoming very oily but it absorbed into my skin quickly and by morning I felt hydrated. After months of use my scarring has cleared up and I'm still on my first bottle. In some of the other reviews I've seen that people struggled with the dropper and it releasing product without the individual releasing it themselves, I've not experienced this myself and my dropper works quite well, but I've used my step-mothers one which did have a very droppy dropper. So it's definitely a case by case issue with the bottles. I have only two very small issues with the rosehip oil, the first one being the scent, which took quite a while to get used to, but is something I could deal with. The other issue is the bottle externally gets quite grubby and oily, and if not cleaned or wiped off properly it gets crusty around the lid. Yet again an issue that can be dealt with.
Overall, a beautiful product that has worked well to clear some of my acne scars.
I've always loved using oils on my skin and this is one of the most beautiful Rosehip oils I've used. I struggle with dermatitis and this is my saviour for it. It's gentle enough to rub on eye areas and by the morning my skin feels so hydrated and healthy.
Tips: You only need a few drops as it's quite a thick oil and I like to pat it into the skin instead of rubbing so it can be absorbed naturally.
