Trilogy Vital Moisturising Cream Review

I was lucky enough to purchase this from the BR rewards vault recently. It's nice stuff, is not too thick or greasy but nicely moisturising. The smell is slightly strong (so possibly not good for those with sensitive skin) but I don't mind it overall.

I received a small tube of this when bought the Anniversary Collection by Trilogy awhile back and then again with the Antioxidant Plus+ face oil. Beautifully moisturizing not very heavy. It does leave your skin slightly sticky or leave a very, very light film on the skin. But overall it's a good face cream to use over a face oil. There was a few days of really cold weather and this face cream out performed the other ones I had in my drawer at keeping my face moisturized and so that light sticky layer definitely has it's benefits in really dry weather.

This is a great moisturizer that is lightweight and non greasy and perfect for under your makeup. The pump makes this super easy to use, and one bottle can last 6 months with everyday use. Trilogy is such an amazing brand with there all natural products, so you know you are only putting good things into your skin! :)

I got this as a 30ml sample with my Rosehip Antioxidant+ Oil and was so excited to try it.

I love the scent and the texture is very light, but it moisturises very well. I use Rosehip oil at night so I only use this at night but it is the perfect base under my foundation. It absorbs quickly and is very slightly sticky, but this makes it an ideal product under foundation as it smoothes over evenly and holds the makeup in place. When you use it on skin and don't put makeup over the top, it absorbs and after about 30 minutes there is no residue and you don't feel like there is anything on this skin.

Since using this and Rosehip oil, my eczema has been completely at bay (even in winter) and my skin has been smooth. This is the perfect base under my foundation and gives me a dewy (but not shiny), fresh and long lasting finish to my makeup.

Wow! This is a wonderful moisturiser, and it may well be my go to moisturiser. It delivers on what it promises (which i to be honest hoped for given the rrp). My skin felt immediately hydrated. I have been using this cream both day and night. With some day creams, if my skin is dry and once i have applied makeup, you can really notice the dry spots as the day progresses. However applying this product to my face, my makeup went over top of it so smoothly and my skin looked great all day. I have found this moisturiser to be really long lasting. I also apply this to my face at night, and it does its magic while i sleep - i woke up with soft skin which was still hydrated. Its also a very gentle moisturiser, no irritations with this product. I also found it to be non - greasy. I have already noticed that my kin is feeling softer and clearer. What an excellent product! I am now keen to try more of trilogys products.

I have been using this moisturiser daily for 3 weeks. As far as I can tell it has no SPF factor so I have used it in place of my usual night cream. It feels light on my skin and has a beautiful fragrance.
