Recently I have been having some terrible skin problems. Terrible face eczema and acne when I’ve never had it before. So I thought I would go back to something tried and true that I had used and liked before. I had gone off this because of the hefty price... but I was after anything that would work.
I love Estée Lauder packaging. Always looks so classy and elegant. Brown packaging, with a dropper for access to the product. I like the dropper as it means that I don’t overuse it and waste anything.
The product itself is a light brown/yellow colour and has a really slippy feel too it. It does have a bit of a weird scent but nothing too overpowering that you can smell when applied. A little bit goes a long way and I manage to spread all over my face. Any extra I then rub on the back of my hands - no sense in wasting this by wiping it away.
The formula itself does great things for my sensitive now acne prone skin. I have found it incredibly moisturising and has been improving my skin so much since I started using it. In particular I have also been using this in the morning before my sunscreen and it sinks in really well and doesn’t effect my makeup.
Love it and unfortunately for my wallet I will be repurchasing.
I have received about 3 samples of this serum with different gifts with purchase bags. I am always so excited to receive this. I apply a small amount every second night and even a sample lasts me a very long time, a little goes a long way. Within a few days the clarity of my skin improves and texture is refined. Immediately my skin appears brighter and glowing the morning after using. The only thing I am not particular fond about is the scent. But for me a nice scent is an added bonus. I would rather have a product that delivers amazing results, rather than smelling nice.
