Picked this up in the vault last year. A luxe product to m, I admit I wanted to see if it was as good as the rrp value.
Cute plastic container houses the gold ampoules. They are so tiny and I have chubby fingers so find these a bit difficult to handle. I tend to drop them when handling.
In order to get the oil you need to twist the tab. Once opened (I assume from the pressure used to open it) quite a bit dispenses onto the ampoule and my fingers. Also for me 1 ampoule lasts 1.5 applications. In order to save the remainder of the product from next use I have to place if carefully in an upright position. Even then, it doesn't have flat edges so it knocks over and spills easily.
The product in the face feels nice. As for results my skin is noticeably brighter and looks smoother. I feel like t could have been designed better in order to prevent product waste. The ampoule is unnecessarily boujee. None the less this does provide results.
This is way out of my price range so there is no way I will be repurchasing. Would make a lovely great purchase for yourself or someone else though.
When I saw this in the vault sneak preview, it went straight to the top of my wish list! I’ve tried the original ceramide capsules so I was intrigued to see what the vitamin c ones would be like. I’ve tried a few other brands’ vitamin c products with varying results. Bare in mind, I use it more for its protective qualities rather than for getting rid of pigmentation- I actually quite like my freckles!
First of all the little capsules themselves. These are great for travel as you only have to take what you need. However I do think there is way more product in each capsule for just one use, even using the extra on your neck and décolletage as instructed. It is also an expensive product, as used as directed, the bottle would only last you one month max, if used once a day. So, I keep the capsule with any left overs in it, in a little repurposed sample pot.
The product itself is a nice luxurious oil which thankfully doesn’t have the weird smell some vitamin c products do. I apply it after cleansing in the morning which helps my skin glow. I have noticed some fading of my freckles (until I get caught by the sun again!). I’m glad I’ve had the chance to try these (thanks BR!) but I don’t think I would buy these due to the price. There are other nice vitamin c products available that are more affordable.
