I picked this up in a set of minis with other products from the essano Collagen Boost range. The oil comes in a brown glass bottle with gold writing, and a black dropper. The oil itself is yellow in colour with quite a strong rosehip scent (so if you don't like strong scents, this isn't for you!). A drop or so of the oil goes a long way, and is more than enough to cover the entire face and neck so this is good value for money. The instructions say to use this on its own or added when applying the Collagon Boost Day or Night Creme. As I had the Collagen Boost set I was able to try it out in all 3 ways as instructed. This works well enough on its own, and provides pretty good hydration, as someone who has dry and peeling skin! It is nice added to the day and night creme as well just to add that extra boost of hydration (but to me seems a bit unnecessary as those products already work fine on their own...). I felt this hydrating my skin really well and I mostly used this instead of a night cream as it's a bit too oily for applying in the morning even as someone with dry skin. My skin also looked a bit brighter since using this. However, I don't think this is anything special and it seems to offer what almost all facial oils offer - good hydration and minor skin improvements.
Overall, there's nothing special about this and it doesn't smell that pleasant, so it's not my favourite facial oil so I wouldn't jump out to use this again, but this does the job and doesn't do anything bad for the skin either.
This is Essano doing what Essano does best - facial oil!
This one comes in the standard pink packaging, in a glass dropper bottle. The oil is thicker than other facial oils I've tried, and absorbs softly and beautifully into my skin, leaving it feeling plump, soft and hydrated. It is lovely. I am a huge fan of facial oils for my mature skin and I particularly like this one. My skin feels healthy and glowy.
I highly recommend it. It seems to be around $26 for 20ml, and you only need a small amount so that seems ok price-wise.
