I was using retinol for a while before I did a little research, and found retinol to be quite harsh for the skin and it causes some skin to become sensitive to the sun more then usual. Bakuchiol is a natural alternative to retinol, being less harsh to the sensitive skin and not making skin burn as easily. I found Bakuchiol to have a similar effect to retinol just gentler. It didn't irritate my skin and I love that it was mixed with other lovely oils like rose hip which is amazing for the skin. Glow lab is one of my favourite natural brands, made in New Zealand, this serum was made with love, you can feel it when it soaks into the skin. Embracing it in a cocoon of luxurious moisture.
