Well a blue plastic flat paddle the handle is comfortable and it’s like a fine sandpaper. Can be used wet or dry. My preference is dry as it’s disgusting I like to sit outside and file away and see the dry hard skin fly away. It’s great cuts through tough calloused skin just elbow pressure is required, except if you get carried away the handle can break. It’s easy to use, it does a good job. Easy and discrete to carrying in your bag when traveling. A must for beautiful looking feet. I’ve found if my feet are dry really dry that’s when I get the best result, so a sand on those heals and hard bits a soak then foot cream. Yes it’s value for a good product.

I purchased one in the Summer of 2016, I couldn't justify spending $20 to replace the roller heads on my Scholl express so I got this instead.
When I broke my ankle, my foot became a dry mess, removing my moon boot to wash my foot was so scary and I wanted to remove as much dead skin as I could without hurting myself. The long handle allowed me to reach the back of my heels and under the sole of my foot, with no worries.
I like to watch the dead skin build up on the pad before rinsing it under the water, sometimes I cant believe how much skin is removed, its a gross but great feeling. The pad is at a great texture where its not too hard or too soft, by applying pressure on to it you can make it harder which is what I like when Im removing the skin from the soles of my feet.
I use this once every 1-2 weeks and its kept the dryness away, its a compact tool for travelling too. I will be repurchasing this again.
Tips: I like to scrub my feet then apply moisturizer before putting on socks before bed. It gives the softest baby feet.
i got this awhile ago but ive been too angry at it to review it. the first use the sandpaper bit fell off and the whole thing was useless, and needless to say i was not bloody impressed!
however. i glued it back on after i threw it out of the shower in a huff. i filed them the next time i showered and ya know what. it was good. my feet felt soft. i was happy... until the handle snapped as i scrubbed, which was not rough at all. so im like. wtf? so i got rid of it. i would not waste my money again!
I bought my file ages ago at the Warehouse. It was really cheap, but I'm not sure exactly what I paid for it.
It is a green/blue coloured flat file, with white exfoliating pad.
When I bought I had hard yicky skin on the sides of my big toes and under my heels, that almost hurt sometimes. So I bought the file, and every night I scrubbed my feet with it, then soaked them in a foot bath, then applied moisturiser. In around 7 - 10 days all of the hard skin was gone. Now I only use it sporadically to stop the skin from hardening again.
It is an awesome product, economical and effective, and I highly recommend it.
Tips: Try using it like I did - file, soak, moisturise :)
This product unfortunately was too gentle for my rough feet. Easy to use and the hold is comfortable however, just not right for me.
I love that this is not only affordable, it lasts a long time, and it's easy to hold onto when scrubbing your feet. I use mine in the bath after soaking my feet as I find it makes the skin softer and easier to remove. Especially good over summer as I find wearing jandles a lot of the time the skin on my feet gets quiet hard and unless I remove it first I find moisturising on its own doesn't make much difference.
I thought I’d give this a try as I get really dry cracked heels and it actually worked. Was super easy to hold onto and liked how the skin turned to a powder like form and didn’t leave a big mess. I still use it now and its great. Love how smooth my heels feel after I’ve used it then I apply moisturiser
This was am impulse purchase and it doesn't do much to help my feet. I have tried it while my feet were dry and tried it after a shower when the skin was softer but did not feel I got any real benefit. Perhaps I was expecting too much however I personally feel it is not great.
I am type 1 Diabetic so have to be careful with foot care tools as well as looking after my feet so I find this product isn't to harsh to my feet and has made a real difference in maintaing the build up of hard dry skin on heels.
I purchased mine from the Warehouse and love that it is affordable plus it lasts for ages so you don't need to keep replacing it. For $6 it is a bargain and definately does its job!
I use mine after the shower as I find it makes the skin softer and much easier to remove. Only takes a minute or so per heel and really gets rid of any dry hard skin build up.
I find using this is quick and effortless and I then follow with a moisturiser. Prior I was using a moisturiser only but it wasn't resolving the issue, so am pleased with this tool in making my heell look and feel much better especially in summer when u want them to look good when wearing sandals!!
Tips: Soak feet prior to using definately gives better results!
