I have used this now for over two years I really like the colour & the price. I have tried other products but kept going back to this. You don't want to use too much just enough to smooth into your skin coating it lightly each time. I found it builds to a nice glow & the scent is not too fake tan-ish. If you keep using it over the winter months it will keep your tan topped up . It is good value & does what it says it will. I will continue to purchase & recommend to friends

Tips: Use a hand cream before applying to help stop tanning your hands & always wash your hands thoroughly immediately after using, making sure you really concentrate on cleaning the lotion from around & under your nails I also found that it needs to be rubbed in well & having your fingers splayed out helps to achieve an even look
This lotion was nice and hydrating, the gradual tan was also quite subtle and nice, but I cannot get past the awful smell!! It's fine when you apply, but the next day it's like this weird B.O smell. I've tried a couple of different tanning moisturisers and they do seem to smell this way. I don't get that with my sugar baby, so I'll stick with that. I'd rather have a separate moisturiser which I don't need to rinse off my hands.
I just finished a bottle of this stuff the other day and was very pleased with it. I have quite pale skin and so a gradual tanner like this is exactly what I need. It is easy to apply, the colour is very buildable which is good, and it is non-orange. The smell is a bit funky (like most fake tans) and tends to linger quite a while. Overall, a good product for a good price.
Tips: Ensure to exfoliate well prior to using!
I love this product! I use it everyday for 2 or 3 days to reach my perfect shade of golden, then keep using every couple of days to retain the colour. It goes on easily and feels good on my skin. It doesnt come off on my sheets or clothes. Easy to apply with no streaks. It makes me 'healthy" looking without turning me orange or yellow! Love it, just not so keen on the scent, its not a strong smell, but just a smell that hangs around.
Tips: Watch the dry patches like knees etc .
I have used this product off and on for years. It is great for building up subtle colour and didn't look orange on me. I still find that you get a hint of that 'fake tan smell' if you know what I mean which is slightly off putting to me.
Tips: Wash your hands thoroughly after applying this moisturiser as it can stain your hands :)
I really like this product. It absorbs quickly and easily and you don't need to wait as long before getting dressed (like with regular self-tanners). It also is good for people like me that end up either looking orange or streaky as I haven't quite mastered fake tan application yet. It is pretty much impossible to stuff this up! What more could you ask for? It smells a lot better than similar products on the market too.
Tips: I use the dark version (even though I have light skin) as have found the light version doesn't really have any tan in it. Buy this if you have trouble with applying regular self tanner! It is very hard to apply too much product or to end up all streaky as the colour builds gradually.
I have tried what i feel like is almost all of the gradual tanners out there and i have to say that this is my least fave of the bunch. If you are new to the product you would probably think it does a good job and it does its more then acceptable and a pretty good price. But there are just better products out there which give a more natural colour pay off, quicker and are better lasting. This would be a good entry level gradual tanner i think.. You pretty much cant complain for the price and anything is better than getting sun burnt right? =)
Tips: If you are expecting a pretty quick burst of colour, use this in conjunction with a self tanner to keep your tan maintained between self tanner applications. I feel like this is slower to develop and build up a colour than other gradual tanners i have tried!
I've tried many self tanners and gradual tanners. It's really one of those ones you have to try for yourself to see if the tone suits you. It didn't suit me due to the end colour, the smell and the length of time it took for the colour to build up. It really is a gradual tanner. But as it's not too expensive why not try it and see if it's for you.
Found this at the back of the bathroom cupboard when I had a clean out before Xmas and remembered it gave my family a great laugh about 3 winters ago. I have a olive tone to my skin and the first application I thought was ok, as I had read the instructions and knew that it wouldn't show any colour straight away, thought it actually moisterised my skin quite nicely. Well the next day I looked down at my legs, thank goodness I had only done my legs and they looked slightly yellow tone to me, showed the hubby who wasn't really looking and he said it was fine so decided to apply in 2 days. Well after the 2nd application it became a yellow/orange tone and the family kept asking me if I was late for work at Charlies chocolate factory lol. I kept wearing my jeans for a little while thank goodness for good body exfoliators lol
After having tried numerous fake tanners and not getting good results - they were either too orange, too streaky or smelled gross - I decided to try something different and picked up this product.
I love the fact that you can gradually build it up while nourishing your skin and that it looks a lot more natural than the really fake ones out there. This is a relatively cheap, easy to find product that I think a lot of people would enjoy purchasing and giving a go.
Tips: Exfoliate your skin every couple days to keep it smooth which will mean that product goes on and stays on better and will look a lot more even.
