I had high hopes for this as I have used Loreal products before and haven't been this disappointed. I use waterproof mascara all the time and this remover did not 'dissolve' the mascara as other brands do, I tried to rub it off and it just smeared the mascara rather than remove it. I also made sure I held the soaked pad against my eyes for a substantial amount of time so it's not like I didn't give it enough time to work. The only positives I can give it are that it smelt nice and was easy to dispense.

Tips: Try a different one, or use mascara that is not waterproof
This is by far the absolutely best makeup remover for waterproof mascara I have ever used. Literally nothing else I have tried from any brand works this well. I absolutely hate tugging and rubbing at my eyes trying to rub the mascara off and using this it comes off in a few swipes. It's a shame that it's such a small bottle because I go through it pretty quickly
I purchased this as an alternative to the Lancome eye make up remover, as that is A LOT more expensive. I gambled on the fact that Loreal is the parent company of Lancome, and that there are several items that seem to be dupes. Luckily this was a good experience, and I have not gone back to the other product. The price is great and it is available in a wide variety of stores, which is always a bonus if you don't have a big department store in your town. It has an oily finish which is helpful in breaking down waterproof makeup. I personally love products like this, but if you don't like oil based eye makeup removers this will probably not be your cup of tea. It removed eye makeup well, with no nasty panda eyes the next morning. There was no issues with stinging either.
Tips: Make sure you tip the bottle upside down a few times to getting a better mix of the two layers.
It can be used as a general makeup remover in a pinch, but I would make sure that I went over with a warm flannel just to get off the residue.
I have purchased so many of these little beauties. My eyelashes are stick straight so I always need to use a waterproof mascara to keep a curl in my lashes. This product consistently removes all traces of my mascara, both high end and drugstore. Very affordable and easily accessible in supermarkets.
Tips: Pour a small amount onto a cotton round and sandwich around your lashes - squeeze gently and drag. This prevents damage to delicate eye area from rubbing.
This is exactly what the description says " a gentle eye makeup remover" it's very gentle and has no scent, doesn't leave an oily yucky feel on skin and there is no stinging for the eyes, however it actually takes a bit for it to remove mascara you really do have to pop this onto a cotton pad and then rest it on your eyes to let the formula sink into the makeup to be able to break it down, It's not a quick swipe and its gone you need to pit a wee bit of effort and patience into it. I have tried a couple of makeup removers that have this layered formula where you shake it to mix the oil in, I have tried the sephora one which is so good can't recommend that one enough and then the maybeline one which I think actually works a little better than this L'Oreal one. But it still works good enough but I would only repurchase if it was cheaper than the other ones I like. I really dislike the packaging it's the rectangle it sounds odd I know its just a bottle but if this was in a different bottle would make the application alot easier and cleaner as this package leaks down the front so your forever having to wipe up the mess it makes.
