Give me a gel moisturiser and I'm a happy girl! I was definitely curious when I stumbled across this one in the supermarket. Bright green eye catching packaging and the words 'Urban Skin Detox' caught my attention. Easy to apply gel formulation just slides onto your skin. It absorbs quickly, but can easily feel a little 'sticky' to the touch if you apply too much. It reminds me of an after sun gel type feeling if you go a little overboard with the amount you use. Scent wise, to begin with it can seem a little strong, it has the traditional Nivea smell, but after a week of using it I no longer noticed it. Super cheap supermarket find and it's now one of my go-tos for my night routine.

Tips: Apply your eye creams before using this one, I found my eye cream didn't absorb into my skin as well if I applied it on top the the Urban Skin Detox
I love a gel formula moisturising cream, unfortunately nearly no supermarket brands make one so I was super excited to try this.
It has cute, modern "urban" design packaging in a standard moisturiser pottle and is really well priced.
However the frangrance is so strong it's off putting. It's extremely floral, and not even an enjoyable floral. After applying this and hopping into bed my fiance commented that something "smelt weird". It was my face.
The frangrance didn't irritate my skin however, but it was unpleasant enough to make me not want to use it unfortunately. I really don't know what they were thinking...
