This cream is fantastic! The original moisturiZer it is $480+ cheaper than La Mer and nearly chemically identical! I love this cream when my skin is particularly dry, it is better as a night cream than a day one tho :-) its smell is quite strong though which would be the only fault, it can also cause acne if too much is used :-( But it is wonderful as a night cream!

Tips: Use at night after a toner and PAT this cream on DO NOT RUB! you will find and immediate difference if u pat it on.
There is a 'made in china' and a 'made in hamburg' cream, only ever get hamburg!
Aaaaand wash/ change pillow case if you use it as a night cream :-)
I remember using Nivea Creme all day everyday when I was a teen, I will never forget the Nivea trademark smell, and how white it looked and thick it is. lolz used to remind me of Bryll creme (if that's how you spell it.) (creme for your hair, if anyone knows what I mean)lolz. but yeah this is definitely a great moisturiser, unfortunately for me, I had to stop using it on my hands because of my sensitive skin, but I would highly recommend Nivea Creme especially if you have dry skin.
Used this long ago and rediscovered some under the bathroom cupboard the other day. I have found most of the nivea products are just a little too heavy for my liking, especially on the face. Found that if I used this lightly over my body it wasn't too bad but took a little while to absorb. Would I purchase again no I've found other brands that absorb alot quicker and are lighter.
This is my main moisturiser. I use this on my face and chest. I find that is helps soften my skin ready for anything. I love this during summer especially because it really cools you down on those hot summer days.
I used to use this back in the day when I wanted a heavier emollient cream. Since this formula had been around for ages it was recommended to me when I first got eczema on my hands and needed a heavier cream. It's still good but takes a long time to absorb though and can leave your hands greasy. The reason I stopped using it is because I found better options for my eczema hands.
Great for if my face is feeling particularly dry... or if my feet need abit of a treatment I'll slather this on heavy under socks and it makes them so lovely! Good basic stuff for a great price.
I love the smell of Nivea It is a classic product but does its job well, clear to see why it has been around so long. This is actually what we send to our relatives in Trinidad as they cannot buy it there!
This product may be 100 years old but it's nothing special. I mean sure, being around for 100 years is an achievement, but I think it has definitely been superseded by more advanced products. It does work to improve dry patches, but it's not my favourite product for this - I prefer a more heavy duty balm like the Trilogy Everything Balm for concentrated hydration, and something that smells nicer for all-over body moisturiser!
This product is good overall but does hav e afew flaws. I think for a quick job or a cheap fix from the supermarket its the way to go but for all over deep moisturising their other products are a bit better. This one is a bit too oily for my liking
Tips: Use sparingly, quite oily
A few months ago my face was so dehydrated so I started using this under my make up and before bed and it seriously rescued my skin, however now, it is too heavy and just makes me oily. It's thick and creamy consistency is lovely, and it has such a nostalgic smell. I will definitely return to this is ever my skin needs rescuing again! Great for all over use too
