Garnier Moisture Match Goodbye Dry Wipes Review

Im not a huge fan of wipes, however, I keep these in my vanity case for when I go away, so I dont have to do a full cleansing routine. They are very handy for taking away or for an overnight trip.

These are frequently on special so I have bought them a couple of times but won’t make the same mistake again. Compared to other make up wipes, I find these ones particularly dry, meaning I have to really scrub at my face to remove make up. It does the job eventually, but with a lot of effort. I also notice my eyes stinging slightly after using these wipes to remove eye make up. I find other supermarket brand wipes for similar prices are much more effective.

I received this in Beauty Box. I was really into wipes at the time as I liked to use them not only to remove makeup but also to wipe my face after exercise. I like that these were non-irritating and it did a good clean of my face. One wipe was enough for me to get off all my makeup and it did take off almost all my eye makeup. It has a textured side with raised bumps if you like sort of scrubbing your face with that and smoother side. Now the reason why I haven't repurchased this is because I like a thicker wipe and I'm not the biggest fan of the textured wipes since I like to do my exfoliation in a separate step after a remove my makeup or the surface grime. I have found wipes that are thicker in sizing for about the same price as these. Another con of the packaging is that after you use the first quarter of the pack the sticky flap doesn't stick so well so the rest of the wipes start drying out. That being said most wipes have the exact same problem.
