Whenever the Warehouse has a sale on Niveas products I like to pick up some Bargains. Niveas one of my most used product brands because they are easily accesible. I enjoy using soaps . I find they last me so much longer than my shower gels.
These soaps come in boxes. I don't think their very practical for my bathroom as it does get very damp in there . This soap is a creamy white colour with flecks of oatmeal. I find this smell like a mild moisturiser scent like creamy vanilla.
I find it easy to lather up. I didn't find it very exfoliating on my skin not like other bars Ive used. It wasn't messy so that was good. Their affordably priced. After having tried Lush I don't think I could go back to using this brand again. It just doesn't have that natural wholesome feel about it. I definitely wont be repurchasing it.
This is a lovely soap by Nivea, very mild and gentle on the skin, which is lovely since most soaps are known to sap all moisture. The bar is medium-sized, creamy white with small exfoliating oatmeal flecks throughout it. Although it's not super exfoliating on the skin it does provide gentle exfoliation, and foams up nicely. The scent isn't very noticeable, so would be great for someone sensitive to scents.
My only negative point about this soap was that it was...well, a bit boring! There wasn't much to it, unlike the gorgeous soaps from LUSH and The Body Shop which I've become used to! For the amazing price of $2, however, you do get wonderful value for money.
I do also dislike that Beiersdorf, the company which Nivea comes under, still tests on animals in China where animal testing is mandated by law. Definitely not a fan of supporting animal testing, even inadvertently! So will not be repurchasing.
