I wanted to love it. I love the idea of smelling like chocolate and when I took the lid off it smelt like Chocolate fudge. I think the downfall started with "Rub a generous portion of the sugar scrub into the desired area of skin in a circular motion." When I took a generous portion in my hand, I got fall out while trying to apply it to the desired area, or anywhere south of my arms. Which then looked like number 2's on the shower floor. (fortunately not smelling that way). Scrubbing my arms in the manner recommended I had some win. The best success I had was with my feet, with a small portion, it was excellent on my heels. I am concerned that i had to go back to the tin time and time again, to complete a "body" scrub, so the remaining is slightly damp. I also had to use quite a bit of product, I doubt the tin will last more than 3 scrubs at this rate. Afterwards, my skin did feel smooth, and soft, but I was not smelling like chocolate - have to find a different way to make my man drool.

Tips: use a small amount at a time.
So I was super excited about getting this in the vault and it's in quite nice tin packaging that does indeed screw on to prevent water getting in.
The scrub itself is brown and smells of delicious chocolate. Similar to Mother Earths afghan baked oaty slice. However it wasn't super easy to get the scrub out and it didn't hold together well.
There was quite a lot of fall out and most often it melted before I could get a chance to get a good scrub. It did have lots of lovely oils that left my skin feeling moisturised but definitely not exfoliated.
It also left the shower quite dirty and sticks a bit but washes away easily enough. The scent also doesn't last. Overall, I was not impressed with this scrub and don't think it's worth it considering 100g is a pricey $19. There are definitely nicer ones out there and I get a better result using a normal shower gel with exfoliating glove.
This sugar scrub comes in a cute metal tin. I was feeling lucky to get it from the BR beauty vault.
All you have to do is unscrew the lid and the product is sitting inside, looking and smelling like Milo gets when it’s sat in the cupboard in the damp for too long. But it smells chocolatey, yes? So no issue. Just scoop some out and rub into your skin. Well not scoop exactly – this one must’ve soaked up some moisture somewhere along the line and had set hard, so I actually needed to drill it out!
It contains cacao and a variety of fabulous oils.
I have never tried a sugar scrub so I was excited to try this. I didn’t find it as wonderful as I’d hoped sadly. The nice milo-y colour in the tin translated into something that looks significantly less appealing once sloshed onto the skin and it left the water a rather muddy colour.
It is $19, and although it smells like chocolate, it doesn’t really impress me in terms of a scrub.
