I am not really someone that likes to use hand cream as most times it leaves an oily heavy residue, but this product is great and gets absorbed by the skin and it smell like honey and almonds. There tends to come a lot of cream out when you press the tube as you only need a little bit at a time. Great handbag size

I am in love with New Zealand products and the Alpine Silk Manuka Honey hand and nail crème is another feather in the hat of this company. It is made in New Zealand, from New Zealand products that contain manuka honey which is high in antioxidants and anti-bacterial properties which help to moisturize and soften the skin. My nails and hands get very dry and crack during the winter with the cold weather and artificial heating. I was delighted to receive the Alpine Silk Manuka Honey Moisturizing and Repair Hand & Nail crème to trial. The crème is light and easy to apply without the feeling of it being too heavy or greasy. The scent is delightful, with a soft smell of honey that reminds me of being in fields of summer flowers - it doesn't linger but you know when you have put it on your hands that it smells nice.

The bottle is small enough to pop into my handbag to ensure I have it handy when out and about. The children both have been using it and on to moisturize his dry lips and it has worked wonders in repairing small cracks.

I love to use New Zealand products and support New Zealand companies. It is excellent to see the best products in New Zealand being made available at an affordable price to us. This product is one that I will seek out to ensure we have the best at hand to keep our hands, nails and lips in tip top condition.

This came at a brilliant time as my hands have been extremely dry lately due to the amount of hand washing I have been doing!! The cream felt nice to apply and absorbed pretty quickly. You don't need too much which is a bonus so the tube will last a while. Since using this I have seen and felt a definite improvement in my hands and nails. The only thing that I don't fully like is the smell. It is OK but not one I would class as nice. Overall though, since the product works, I would purchase this again.

Although I generally prefer plant based products, I found the fragrance and texture of this product delightful. It felt nourishing, light and non-greasy. The packaging doesn't suit my tastes, a bit fussy design wise and I'm trying to reduce my use of plastic.

My hands taking take quite a knocking around from my job. I found using silk manuaka honey cream that my hands soon started to feel really nice. They soon began to look a lot healther as well. This cream goes everywhere with me now, i will definatly be buying more.

I have used a lot of hand repair creams and this doesn’t disappoint, does exactly what you expect from a hand cream. Creamy and thick in texture a little goes a long way and this absorbs well but also leaves hands and nails soft, I apply before bed and keeps them soft all night. It’s also assisted with the dry hands I have from constantly washing them all day for work and stops the skin cracking that I occasionally get. The honey smell is always a favourite of mine, so for me it smells amazing. I expect to pay a bit more for a repair cream so this is priced accordingly. I would use this again and also this brand of products.

I am the not so proud owner of dry, cracked, painful hands; complete with soft nails prone to breaking- lucky me! And then last year I had twins so my hands are constantly wet from cleaning bottles, high chairs, scrubbing stains etc etc etc... OUCH The Alpine Silk Manuka Honey Moisturising and Repair Hand and Nail Creme arrived in small yellow box and it packaged in a typical tube. I wouldn't say the packaging is particularly eye catching but I was sold on the ingredients- particularly the Manuka honey which is known for it's almost magical healing properties. If anything could save my hands, it would be this . I have been using this hand cream for a week and have tended to use it in the evenings before I go to bed or after doing the dishes. You only need a small amount as it is packed with beautiful, nourishing ingredients such as sweet almond oil and keratin so a little goes a long way. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful smell. It is a not a sickly sweet smell but a perfect blend of almond and honey so is more of a botanical scent. My hands felt immediately quenched after using. After a few days I noticed that the cracks around my knuckles were beginning to heal and were definitely less painful. I must admit I haven't noticed major changes to my nails yet and am excited to see if they are stronger after more use.

I've been lucky enough to trail this the past week and I'm loving it! I have been doing a lot of shop floor work this week and using this I've noticed my nails are t breaking so much while counting stock and and my hands arent getting so dry! My nails seem to look so much healthier in the past wk too.

I'm definitely loving the fact it's also NZ made and will be purchasing it when I run out!

I'm a sucker for anything honey when it comes to beauty products, especially when it comes to NZ's Manuka honey. The healing benefits of this liquid gold is legendary, so to team it up in a handcream is masterful.

The tube is easy to squeeze and very user-friendly, but IMO, verging just a little on the unattractive side. I think it is the bright yellow colouring - there is so much of it. It takes away from the gorgeous shot of the honey. So, this tube is one that would live in my cupboard rather than be out 'on show' if I was worried about appearances.

The lotion itself is really lovely. It is quite thin for a handcream, but I loved that. It meant that it soaked into my skin quickly, and it didn't leave any kind of greasy feel afterwards. The initial scent when it is first applied is odd, but it soon develops into a gorgeous soft, honey and sweet almond scent that is really pleasant. Nice to drift off to sleep with.

I work with my hands, and am constantly washing them, so I wasn't able to apply during the working day, but I'd apply as soon as I got home and before bed. I'd wake with noticeably softer skin. I will definitely buy this when I run out.
