Antipodes Divine Face Oil Rosehip & Avocado Oil

I loved this product. It was such a nice serum to put on in the morning and at night. It wasn't too heavy that it would effect my make up. The rosehip in it really helped with scarring from acne. It keeps my skin hydrated and is so nice. I would highly recommend! And it lasts forever too, Id say mine lasted about 4-6 months from memory.

I am all about Rosehip lately but when I got the Antipodes Avocado Rosehip Divine Face Oil I kinda gave it a sideways glance. Avocado Oil AND Rosehip Oil? Surely rosehip oil can't get much better than it is! But it fully did!

I have the 10ml bottle which is more than enough to keep me going for over a month. This is using it everyday twice a day. It has the handy glass dropper with the rubber top to get the product in the dropper. It's a brown bottle with a design that screams clean, green and organic which it is all of those things.

I actually prefer the smell of this one compared to any other rosehip oil I have used in the past and that is quite a few. It reminds me of nature with spring flowers in bloom mixed with rosehip oil. It really is quite spectacular. I actually find this one is far less oily than any other rosehip oil brand I have used. It of course has an oily consistency but it doesn't make my skin all greasy or shiny looking. It soaks in to my skin like I would expect.

I use a minimal amount of product because honestly you don't need much to be effective. I rub it in to areas that are prone to dryness and areas that flake for me. That is above and below my eyebrows, my nose and my chin. My skin literally drinks it in. After only half an hour on my skin it feels far softer and almost like normal skin YUS!! This in itself is a miracle!

I use it morning and night after I cleanse and tone. I then moisturize all over to get the ultimate moisture injection. This just helps keep my skin soft and supple. It keeps it from drying out on the very windy coastal farm that I live on.

I also rub this on to my nail cuticles to keep my nails healthy and growing. My nails look the best they have looked in a long time! I tend to use gel polishes which ruin my nails but using this before and after keeps them strong and hard wearing and less likely to break. It's very versatile and works perfectly! If you like rosehip oil you will love this!

My skin has been incredibly dry this year for some reason, particularly the under-eye area. Worse still, my skin was visibly dry - my makeup was sinking into the fine lines under my eyes.

I got one of the Divine Face Oil minis as part of a promotion, and to be honest I forgot I had it. It knocked around in my bag for at least a week before I gave it a try... but man am I glad I found it! It's been exactly what I need!

The bottle is the standard for this type of oil product - it's a nice glass bottle with a glass dropper. Perfect for putting a couple of drops into your hand before you apply to your face.

The formula is beautiful. Light, and absorbs well. Best of all it does what it says it will - since I've been using the Divine Face Oil I've noticed a major improvement in the over-all dryness... but more specifically it's been like a miracle for my under-eyes. I put a little bit on before I put on concealer and it makes such a difference! No more fine lines or visible dryness, my makeup looks great.

And I adore the scent of the oil! It's a mild scent, but a bit earthy/spicy. One of the things I don't like about Rosehip Oil in general is that it can have a bit of a smell - this oil is beautifully scented.

I will absolutely get this again - personally I will stick with the mini bottles - I find that I use very little to great effect, so I don't want it to go off over time.

I was super lucky to have won a couple of Anitpodes products at a Makeup meetup last year (MakeupObsessives - FB). Skincare was one thing I lacked in . . . until I got this!!

This oil is absouletly amazing!! Usually I would stay well away from oil products as I have oily/ combo skin and the thought of adding oil to my already oily skin just didn't sound appealing to me. But, I had seen that another oily beast like myself and a fave youtuber say that oil is actually good for oily skin, I was like huh??! how??!

So when I saw that this was an oil, I had to give it a go.

The oil felt so light and non-greasy. And I loved the smell of it, it smelt fresh to me with ylang ylang, sweet orange and jasmine.

It applied to skin well and using circular motions to work the oil into the skin, it absorbed nicely. I used it day and night and my skin would feel so hydrated.

It was great to be able to use only a small amount and feel like I was hydrated enough, where with some face moistursiers I would apply several times til I was happy that my skin was hydrated enough.

I also suffered from acne scarring and I had found that by using this, my scarring was slowly fading.

I never had any breakouts so another huge bonus and reason I will re-puchase this product again.

After using (and loving) Trilogy Rosehip oil for a long time, one of the Antipodes sales reps at the Wellington airport convinced me that this oil was the next step up. She was not kidding. This stuff feels so luxurious to apply and it absorbs really well. The results are quite noticeable, it makes my skin soft plump and hydrated.

30 mils of divine oil, organic a NZ product. Packaging is green and clean and pretty. Has an use by date, again antipodes has done this lovely dark brown glass bottle with a glass drop applicator, I do like things in glass. This golden oil has a faint hit of mint in the fragrance a very soft hint of thyme nice and sweet. This oil ready absorbs on application no sitting on the skin leaving a greasy residue. I have been using this just once a day and my skin is really hydrated and soft I've definitely noticed a difference using this oil I do like rosehip oil but the addition of avocado in this oil is like the bottle says is divine. My skin is in better condition for using this. I use about 5 drops let it soak in and then follow on with my moisturiser. I've been using this in the morning and I'm loving it, I do have dry skin and this is a lovely oil to moisturise my skin, I haven't noticed reduced wrinkles so far. I also like the fact that it has natural sun protection as well. it's like giving your skin a refreshing drink. It's well worth the money as it lasts and saves using so much moisturiser. Yes I'll buy this again.

My combination skin was breaking out from using the Trilogy rosehip oil (maybe it's too rich?) and I decided to give this blended oil a go instead. Not only did it clear up my skin, it helps fade scars really quickly. On my second bottle now and will happily keep purchasing this product :)

I adore this product after sampling in its mini size. It's nourishing, I feel like my skin is being looked after. I'm glowing ,it's easily absorbed and not greasy, and the fragrance is beautiful. So I want to purchase the large bottle

This is the third oil I have tried on my face and I think it's my favourite so far. I initially bought a mini sized bottle of this to try it out and I've since gone out and bought it again in the full size.

I use 3-4 drops on my face morning and night after cleansing and before moisturising. I've found it gives my combination skin a good moisture boost. I tend more towards dry patches at this time of the year, especially after a big weekend, but I feel like this has been a great balancer for me.

This is a little heavier than some of the other oils that I have tried, but I have found that it just means I don't need to use quite as much at a time. Even after a morning application I find that I'm good to go for applying makeup over the top of it after waiting a short time until after breakfast.

Results-wise, I would rate this about the same as the Trilogy oil I used before it. This one wins on account of having an asbolutely delicious fragrance of ylang ylang, sweet orange and jasmine. The scent doesn't linger for long but I'm a sucker for anything that smells amazing and does the job well.

I will happily buy this again.
