this face wash is quite ruuny ,but very foamy so its kind of worth the money , it reduces the spots very well ,controls the oil very well ,natural and non irritating ,the only drawback is that i found it not that deep cleansing for the pores .

I like the scent of these cleanser and it does a great job of cleansing excess oil and face makeup off my skin without drying it out. My face feels fresh and clean after washing it with this. I think it would be an excellent product for normal to oily skin. However I don't think it's brightened or lightened my complexion. It's nice and natural and gentle so I'll continue using it and buy it if it's on special.
Tips: Although it's a soapy cleanser it's gentle so it's good for double cleansing. I use it to wash off thick heavy sunscreen or anytime my face is oily. Unless there's a special somewhere I would recommend you buy it off Healthpost as it's cheaper than Farmers and other stores.
I really like this gel cleanser, it is mild, foams up well and cleanses effectively. I was sceptical about it as it isn't an appealing colour (warm brown) and is quite liquidy compared with other foaming cleansers I have used, but I liked that it is quick to splash off, doesn't leave a residue and doesn't leave my face feeling tight.
I tried the Antipodes Juliet Skin Brightening Gel Cleanser after trying and liking a few other Antipodes products. I was looking for an organic cleanser and decided to give this a go as my gel cleanser.
The gel is a lot more runny than other gel cleansers I have tried, but fortunately I didn't need a lot of product to get a full coverage of my face, so being runny has meant better value for money as the product lasts longer.
Like a lot of organic New Zealand made products it had a clear Manuka Honey smell coming through which always is pleasant and reminds me that it is an organic New Zealand made product. Side note: big points for being both organic and New Zealand made, those are some pretty special aspects right there.
The packaging was practical and I think it can be recycled which is also things I like to see in a product.
I did a side by side comparison of this product and an non organic gel cleanser I had and this one felt so much fresher and softer on the skin. So I would recommend braving the cost and going organic.
I have been using this for about a fortnight and I'm really pleased. It's hefty enough to remove all my makeup but gentle enough to take off my mascara with as well. It's an odd, thickish brown gel but it smells delightful (like apples) and it actually lathers up fairly well despite no sls, so it's a lot gentler than a lot of products. Because the gel is quite thick, and it has a weird, squeezy end, it comes out only a little at a time so there's no wastage. My skin feels great when I massage it in, really clean, smooth and soft. I do find it ever so slightly more drying than my last cleanser, but I am very dehydration prone, and that only happens if I leave it with out toner or moisturiser for a while. The very (and I mean VERY!) slight dehydrated feeling is the only reason I didn't give this 100%. It's gentle, silky, thorough and economical, and it hasn't made me breakout, which is rare!! I'm very happy with this cleanser, good chance I'll be continuing with it. Now to try the toner!
Tips: Teeeny bit. Its really concentrated. It lathers up well when your face/hands are nice and wet.
I used this particular product when I was younger. I found it was great for my younger acne breakout prone skin. Other brands really dried my skin out but this cleanser cleaned away all the dirt ect without striping away all the natural goodness too.
Tips: Always cleanse skin for a few minutes its soo important and I believe to get the most out of a cleanser it really needs to be used for longer .
