Aveeno Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 Review

I really like this product. I was looking for a light foundation for the days when I don't want too much coverage. A high SPF for me is also a must with my fair skin. So when I saw Aveeno Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturiser it seemed a great combo. I wasn't disappointed - 3 years later I still use this regularly, sometimes with a concealer for better coverage of problem areas. As I have "mature" skin I do put another moisturiser as well on first and wait a bit for that to soak in before adding the Aveeno. A nice light no makeup feel, non greasy, in an easy to use pump. I agree the first little bit out of the pump is dried a bit sometimes, but its not a big issue. I use the fair to light - a good colour for my medium fair skin. Only two varieties of colour & possibly not suitable for anyone with a really pale skin colour (too dark for my daughter with skin a couple of shades lighter). Have recommended it to others, some who have started using too, including one in her 80s.

I am a huge Aveeno products fan and this product doesnt disappoint either. Alittle goes a long way, just a couple of pumps and it gives a nice smooth even coverage over face and neck. with higher spectrum sun protection its a real winner for me. It is also quick absorbing and non greasy and feels very light (even with SPF).

My friend recommended this product to me when I was new to BB creams and wasn't sure what was good or not. I use the medium colour moisturizer and it is great. The coverage was a lot better than I was expecting as it covered the majority of my imperfections and gave my skin a nice glow. It is lightweight and creamy to put on and I don't feel like I am wearing anything. This is a great everyday wear as it moisturizers, protects you from the sun and gives a beautiful natural glow. I really like the pump bottle as I find it gives out the perfect amount of product.

I have used this on and off for a number of years. I also find it better than the BB Creams of today. It has SPF so a shorter expiry date, but is worth it. Cute wee bottle and good price tag, I love the brand Aveeno.

My only complaint about this and why I only gave it 4 is the smell, slightly fishy, just a bit odd.

I found this by accident while buying the Aveeno Moisturiser for my husband and was instantly draw in by the 'TINTED' part of the name. I am a lover and user of BB cream on the days that I don't want to wear a full face of makeup but want coverage, The price is quite similar to other BB creams so it didn't phase me that it was a small bottle with a big price. I am not overly excited about Aveeno branding and design even on any other the other products. I do however love the pump bottle nozzle it has because it makes it easier to get the correct amount rather than waste it. But to me it's usually what is inside that counts most.

The texture is quite creamy and looks just like any other BB cream I have tried but even more creamy. I got mine in medium shade to match my skin tone. I do find that if I don't use it for a couple of days that the cream dries in the pump nozzle and you get a hard piece of cream before the good cream comes out which to me is a waste of product and very frustrating.

I tend to apply mine with a foundation sponge. It gives me even coverage and no streaks which for me is a problem if I use my fingers or a brush. The coverage is quite good, like any other BB cream. It's great for everyday wear because it's a moisturiser, BB cream and has sun protection who wouldn't want all that in a cream?? I know I love it! I do find that the smell is a tad off putting but is a small con compared to the pros that it has. I used to be a Garnier BB girl but I am totally converted to Aveeno now.

Before I tried this product I was already an Aveeno fan, so I was keen to see what the tinted moisturiser was like. I was not disappointed. This product was perfect for my skin. The soothing formula was great for my combination sensitive skin, while the level of tint was perfect for my pale, freckled, sometimes blemished colouring. It provides more tint than some other tinted moisturisers out there, but without the stickiness of other high coverage tinted moisturisers. As an added bonus, it has SPF - so important for NZ sun. The pump dispenser ensures you don't get germies in your product.

My only reservation with this product is that it is not cruelty free. As a result I'm trying to look elsewhere, but I don't know if I can find anything to top this one!

Over summer I ditched the heavy feeling clogging pores foundations and switched to Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturiser in attempts to clear up my skin, let my face breathe and feel fresh. I knew I wanted to use a tinted moisturiser and it just so happened to be Aveeno Positively Radiant on special at my local at the time. I'm always so eager to try new products out, so as soon as I got home, I got into my new beauty routine for the summer. This product is easy to apply - it is after all a moisturiser. But I also felt confident enough to wear it just as. It went on smooth and my skin looked great and it could Breathe! I was amazed. From then on I used it every day. It was so good over the heat of the summer I knew my foundation wasnt melting off, because well I wasnt wearing any. Aveeno Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturizer gave me enough coverage/confident for an every day wear.
