This was the first Avene product I have ever used. I liked the fact they were using Avene thermal spring water. There is a bit of a scent and maybe that's why my eyes sometimes sting when I use to remove eye makeup? I don't use waterproof makeup and I think if you soak a cotton pad with this, this will remove 95% of makeup but I always like to use a face wash afterwards to just get any spots that I missed.

Tips: I use this mainly on days where I have worn very light makeup- so just bb cream or light foundation and mascara. It leaves a light fresh feeling on the skin and my skin usually feels softer too.
I have used a few Avene products and I feel they are very good, especially if you have any skin issues like sensitivity or dryness.
It comes in a clear plastic 200ml bottle with a flip top. It costs more than a typical Micellar water for the same amount but the Avene product does not contain alcohol and is soap and oil free.
This Micellar water is much like any other I have used in the respect that is is gentle and does a great job. It leaves your skin feeling clean and refreshed and ready for the next step of your beauty regime.
Tips: I use a cotton square to use this Micellar water, a cotton wool ball would work just as well.
I purchased this, along with a few other Avene products after being so impressed with the gel cleanser! Beautiful subtle scent across their products, perfect for sensitive and fragile skin. Although I don't have sensitive skin, I find this product suits me perfectly, cleanses far more thoroughly than the wipes I have been using.
this does not foam at all , its just like a body lotion applied on face that you want to wash your face ,if you have very dry and sensitive skin you may can use it as a make up remover or face wash ,but it does not do anything to oily or acne prone skin and will cause more breakouts.
While this Micellar Water did remove my makeup I seemed to have to use a lot. Getting my mascara off was quite time consuming and I had to keep using new cotton pads. My skin felt quite sticky afterwards which isn’t a problem if you’re double cleansing but not great if you’re just wanting to freshen up. I have acne prone skin and after a few days of use I did notice a few spots on my chin. This may work for you if you wear very little makeup but I won’t be repurchasing this product.
This clear fluid is really simple and nice. I use it on cotton wool or pads. I saturate the cotton and swipe all around my face and neck. If I'm wearing makeup, I will double cleanse, but not if I'm makeup free. I don't wear waterproof makeup so I don't know how good it would work on that. No rinsing required, and your skin is ready for serum/treatment/moisturising instantly. I have used Garnier's Sensitive Water before, and this product is very similar. However, I think that that product was taken out of the market. This is just a really gentle, nice product and is great for sensitive skin.
Tips: Double cleanse if wearing makeup or if you've been exposed to smog/pollution.
