Bio Oil

I suppose due to the adds and rumors I expected miracles from this product but unfortunately I only seen small results this may be because of my skin type or even because the add made me expect so much I didn't appreciate the result I did see. Very messy to use but most oils are. I wouldn't rush to get this product again but I would id use it again.

Didn't help I brought a small bottle of this because it was selling cheap as I have 'hole' scars all over the top of my forehead from acne. I used this every night after cleansing because it left my skin to oily for under make up etc. After a few months of use I gave up because it didn't make any difference to my scars. Friends and family have told me it's great but it just wasn't for me.

Not too impressed with the product. I was curious and bought this product to use on uneven skin tone and scars. I used it for about 3 months hoping that it would have some effect but I did not see any changes.

The oil has a light scent which is not too overpowering. It has a very runny consistency, making it is very messy to apply. This wouldn't be too much of a problem if it absorbed into the skin, but unfortunately oil acts as more of a barrier and not absorb well into the skin, so I'm left feeling really greasy at the areas that I apply the product to, even hours after I have applied it. It also doesn't feel very comfortable under clothing which makes me not want to use it again. It does keep the skin smooth, but nothing a good moisturiser couldn't do.

This oil has some amazing ingredients in it BUT it also has some really harmful ingredients in it and with the skin the largest organ in the body and what ever goes on it gets into the body 60% quicker it is not ideal for what is it promoted for, pregnant woman. Also it is expensive for what it is. A way cheaper alternative is buy some rosehip a oil and vit e oil and mix with Almond oil or coconut oil. Way healthier and cheaper than Bio Oil.

As per most people, I bought this oil hoping it would live up to all the hype surrounding it. I was disapointed, though, I didn't like the smell of it, it was quite greasy, didn't absorb into my skin very well and I didn't notice much of a difference in my skin. I would recommend using rosehip oil instead of this.

Thought this would be great for me - with stretch marks and a bit if acne scarring. Was told by a friend to give it a try and to use it every day, so I did so religiously to no avail! Used it til the bottle was empty without a single change!

There was a lot of hype around this product and as I can get dry skin, I thought I'd give it a try.

The liquid itself I found smells quite nice, no harsh smells. However I only needed a very small amount to make my face not as dry. It is very very oily I found, it feels like you're putting vegetable oil on your face. I used it once only because it didn't feel right putting something that oily on my skin.

I really do love the way this makes your skin feel, and you only need a little bit at a time. However, it is just not affordable for me to keep using, I find it way to expensive for he amount you get. Didn't make scars disappear like advertised but willing to overlook that for how great it makes my skin feel.

This can be a bit of a hit and miss, sometimes it gets rid of my stretch marks and sometimes not. It has in the past got rid of stretch marks but at the moment I am struggling to get rid of several stretch marks and applying it daily but not making much headway, I only continue with it because it's better than nothing.
