Bio Oil

Adore, love and rave of this product. I have used this on and off for many years, mostly during the drier times of the year. Stretchmarks seem to be associated with this product quite highly, and for great reason. It may not magically make them disappear, but over time, constant use of this product will help with gradual fade. My 'mummy-marks' never completely went away, but certainly are not as noticeable as they were. This is the only oil based product (well any product) I ever used. No strong scent to it. Certainly oily, but that obviously is what the product is, an oil one. Gorgeous colour too. Definitely would recommend.

I used this religiously when I was pregnant with my first child and it was great! I didn't get any stretch marks at all. I found it was really moisturising and I loved the smell. It even helped reduce stretch marks I had on my hips from the teen years. Sadly I didn't use it as religously with my 2nd pregnancy so got a few marks on my belly but I used it afterwards and it faded them quite quickly so I would totally recommend this product to others.

I used thisnwhilst pregnant and it was the only stretch mark cream that i didnt have a allergic reaction to. It was absolute bliss did exactly what it said it would. And eventually i used on a few other skin blemishes and scars i had. If your having issues with scars definitly give it a go, even if you just use a sampler just try it :)

I have used this product for the past few years on scars I got during my teenage years. Just a tiny bit of oil rubbed I each day and within weeks there was a drastic difference in the appearance of my scars. After a couple of months some of my scars have completely disappeared! Sure it is quite expensive but it is worth it! The oil is good, it has a pleasant smell and rubs in quickly leaving your skin feeling nice and not greasy at all!

I used this for months on end for a scar I have on my kneecap from glass when I was younger. There was slight fading but not enough to say the result was good. One good thing about it is that it makes a good moisturiser for legs :)

I purchased a bottle of bio oil in hope that it would reduce the appearance of the stretch marks on my stomach and hips. I wasn't expecting them to vanish, just to fade.

I felt really let down, especially after seeing the ads TV and all the promises of reduced scaring that were made.

After using the entire bottle (200ml) I honestly saw no difference to the scaring.

I really love this but like all oils that say they will fix everything, they take time an are not a miracle. I actually had to ask someone what the best way to use this was, because applying it straight on I was not getting good coverage an it is too expensive to waste. I love the smell an how soft it makes your skin feel an once I knew how to use it properly I found it wonderful, my skin started changing an I could actually see a difference most days.

I had heard that Bio Oil did great things to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Bio Oil is easy to use, it applies easily across large areas of affected skin. By comparison to rosehip oil, I found it had an overly oily and greasy consistency, often leaving marks on my clothes. I applied Bio to my hips daily for several weeks unitl I had run out. Over this period I notice little change to my stretch marks. I'm not sure if this is because I have had them for a long time, and my use of Bio Oil needed to be more sustained to make a difference.

I have had bio oil for years & i use it most nights around my eyes & i believe it does keep area hydrated. I certainly notice when i havent used it. I did try on acne scars but i found this seemed to cause more breakouts, i guess because of its oily nature. I dont have stretch marks so cant comment on that. I do need to buy some more so best i do

I've used it a lot but it doesn't reduce or make stretchmarks disappear. It's a fantastic all over moisturiser though. It makes your skin soft and feel really healthy.
