Lush Yes Yes Yes Massage Bar Review

The Lust massage bars are great - especially the Yes Yes Yes bar as it has a lovely warm jasmine scent. My partner and I use these bars to help massage each other as it makes massaging a lot easier than on dry skin. And the bonus it that is moisturises the skin at the same time.

The bars are a less messy way than using straight massage oils. Also by keeping the ingredients in their solid form it means that they don't have chemicals and preservatives to get the product to remain liquid at room temperature. To use the massage bar, warm up your hands a little and carefully rub the bar all over the skin to start melting the bar. It doesn't absorb that well though - so wait a while before putting clothes over the top.

They price tag may seem a little hefty - but it lasts a long time!

I do like to use Lush's Massage bars from time to time as a solid body oil when I'm just out of the shower. This one is probably one of the better ones I've used so far. It glides smoothly on my skin and massages, doesn't scratch me (cough, Pearl massage bar) or leave me with dirty streaks (cough, Soft Coeur). I do really like the jasmine scent as it's quite relaxing at the end of the day. This bar has cocoa butter, shea butter, ylang ylang oil, rose absolute, vanilla absolute and sandalwood oil. So a nice short, natural list for those with sensitive skin. The oil is thick and does leave your skin greasy because it's a massage oil so it's supposed to provide you with lots of slippage. During summer that can leave you feeling kind of hot and greasy but occasionally during the winter it can really moisturize really dry skin. It also has a tendency to melt during summer when it's too hot to use them after the shower but then when winter comes around the downside is that if the temperature drops, it doesn't melt on your skin as well. But that's the deal specific to Lush massage bars in general. This however is handy for dry bits that need a bit more moisture like knees and elbows and if you like to give yourself a breast massage, well it's a massage oil. If you like jasmine scents and Lush massage bars this is worth a try or at least a sniff if you can get to a Lush store.

Solid massage bar full of simply gorgeous oils and butters, Yes, yes, yes is a jasmine scented bar that is really nice to massage with. Use as much or as little as you want. I use it on my legs and arms after applying body lotion in the summer. It's a nice way to wear some fragrance without wearing fragrance or I use it as a massaging body oil after work outs. It doesn't work as well in the winter as it takes some time to warm it enough to use.
