I don't have overly sensitive skin but have tried this twice. Once when I had a really dry rash and the doctor gave me some samples and again when my flat mate had it and raved about it. I found it was good as a cleanser, it removed my makeup well and I liked the foamy texture but it didn't do much for my dry skin. I have heard really good things about it so would probably buy it to see if it had better effects when used over a longer period of time.

Reviews
This is an absolute staple in my skin care routine. I have combination skin which is prone to break outs, but also gets very dry on the tops of my cheeks and on my nose. I definitely have to moisturise these areas still after using Cetaphil (as I would with any skincare product) but I can instantly feel a noticeable difference in the softness and cleanliness of my skin. My complexion is better since having started using it (around 2-3 years ago, which is a record for me with skincare), and I get fewer pimples. Love it!!
Tips: Because it's so gentle, I use a makeup remover beforehand to get rid of the bulk of my makeup, otherwise I find I have to wash my face with the cleanser several times. Not great at removing makeup, so would recommend using a makeup remover in addition.
I have such sensitive, patchy skin and this is so nice to use. I find with most cleansers if I don't put on a moisturizer straight after my skin feels tight (in the bad way) and dry and sometimes even sore. But this is so good for my skin and including it in my beauty routine has made a big noticeable difference in the condition of my skin. It doesn't lather up at all, which is great because anything that does usually dries out skin, but it really depends on whether you're okay with this. It definitely makes my lathering exfoliator feel like a luxury! The consistency is quite watery and thin but you don't need a whole lot of it to cover your entire face and neck.
Tips: Mix it with brown sugar to exfoliate, trust me.
I use this every morning, and every night at is by far my fave cleanser! It leaves my skin feeling so clean every single time! It removes all make up and i never have oily skin anymore. Doesn't really help breakouts but still ensures that my skin is clean. It doesn't strip my skins moisture either woooooo!
Tips: Use it night and morning for lovely skin!!
I have used Cetaphil for 7 years now, which included all my high school years. It is my favourite cleanser and I recommend it to absolutely everyone. I have combination skin and I find that Cetaphil works a treat throughout my dry phases (especially) and my greasy phases. It leaves skin feeling soft, clean and lightly moisturized. Perfect for sensitive skin- which it states and all other parts of the bodies. I have used it when I have had a rash, as a soap substitute. Perfect for everyday use, and easy to use as it comes in a pump.
Tips: I would recommend that if you have excessively greasy skin that you use this in conjunction with a light exfoliant, I tend to use the Cetaphil first. Also use with the Cetaphil moisturizer
I had this recommended to me to use as a soap replacement due to very sensitive skin. I have to say that I was a little skeptical but it's been brilliant. It leaves my skin feeling clean soft and refreshed.
I used a few times on my face but I didn't like it so much as a face cleanser to be honest. ..
I would still definitely buy and use as a soap replacement though as after 6wks of using it my skin seems to not be getting eczema and it feels brilliant!
I had troubled skin during my teens and my dermatologist was the one who prescribed me Cetaphil. Cetaphil is a gentle cleanser that is often prescribed by medical practitioners for sensitive skin. It has a milky consistency and does not have fragrance, does not foam and would leave a filmy feeling in your skin after cleansing. What i love about it is my skin does not feel tight after cleansing. It is non irritating and is gentle for all skin types. I have used A LOT of cleansers over the years but this would have to the the most gentle cleanser of them all.
I absolutely love this cleanser! i have acne prone skin and this cleanser has done wounder to keep my skin under control. This is the one product that i have always been able to rely on has it also leave my skin feeling super soft after i have used it.
Tips: Remove your makeup before as it doesn't remove makeup very well, this extra step will give you the best result.
I always have a bottle of Cetaphil Gental skin cleanser in the bathroom. I've used it on and off for a few years now. I like to use it in the morning. Its very gental and make my skin feel soft. However, I never use it at night time as I prefer to use a foam cleanser to wash my face after removing makeup. I used it to remove sunblock off my daughter's face as well. Its gental enough for children.
Ever since I bought it a year ago, it has been a staple in my bathroom. I use it at night and it honestly, leaves my skin feeling super clean, hydrated and soft. It doesn't lather well but the results are definitely worth it!
Tips: Recommended for sensitive or acne-prone skin
