This is a lovely gentle cleanser, perfect for sensitive skin. It has a very thin consistency, which can slip through your fingers before you get a chance to apply it. However it applies very easily, and rubs in nicely leaving skin feeling noticably clean and refreshed. It is scent free and feels as though only gentle ingredients have been used rather than some cleansers which leave blemished skin feeling sore and exposed. I have been using it for about a month now and noticed visible inprovements in my acne!

Tips: Works really well with Cetaphil moisturiser - recommendad to me by a dermatologist!
This is an excellent all around cleanser for very sensitive skin. I use this on all parts of my body part when they are extra sensitive. Especially on my lady parts.
It balances the PH which makes it perfect for your lady parts. Sorry for the TMI, but it that good! Also it leaves you feeling very fresh thru out the day.
It's also non drying which is very good for both your face and yes you name it lady parts. But I still recommend to moisturise your face as part of your daily routine. I believe Cetaphil does a moisturiser as well.
I use my regular soap/face wash in the shower, but after I pat dry- I apply this on my face and my arms as it helps to counter my skin from drying out (I have dry, keratosis-pilaris affected arms.. boo!!) This really does help make my skin feel softer and suppler.
Tips: I also use this to wash my... ahem.. feminine area. It is fragrance free and pH-balanced; perfect for a healthy hoohaa.
I got this when I ran out of my environ. If I had make up on it didn't wash it off, so when I toned,my cotton pads had make up on them still. So I use only in the morning as a cleanser because it is gentle enough to not strip my skin of oil. To wash make up off I used make up remover wipes then the cetaphil gentle skin cleanser. I now get my 10 year old daughter to use as a starter to cleansing because It is so gentle.
I've used Cetaphil off and on for years and years. It was my fallback cleanser when I'd stressed and confused my skin by the amount of products that I'd used. It always takes my skin back to tip top condition. I find it gentle and soothing on my skin, so much so that I now keep a big bottle in my shower to wash with. I double cleanse at night, so I'll use either an oil cleanser or a balm cleanser to get rid of my makeup & then I'll use Cetaphil for the second cleanse. I also love using it with my Clarasonic. It's been a staple product for me & I can't imagine not using it.
I was first recommended this by my dermatologist for my acne prone skin. This plus prescribed medication helped clear my skin.
It's gentle and non drying, this is always my go to cleanser. It has no smell and I do enjoy using this product the only reason I change is because I get bored and love trying new products.
Tips: Add baking soda to a couple of squirts of cetaphil for a fantastic exfoliator :)
I always thought I had oily skin because I had the odd occasion when I would get a whole bunch of zits! I was always using products for this but I soon realised I needed something for sensitive skin as other products would strip my skin. This cleanser feels light but does the job, my skin doesn't feel tight or dry but it doesn't feel oily either. The only thing is I need to remove makeup first as it seems to just smudge not remove makeup. I wouldn't use any other cleanser on a regular basis though as it is inexpensive and good for my skin.
This cleanser is great for sensitive skin. It's gentle and it won't dry or disturb your skin's natural Ph balance. I would recommend it to all- though my only problem is that is doesn't remove make up very well. You will need a good make up remover to go with this product.
This cleanser is very gentle and cleanses even the most gentle and sensitive skin!
The formula is quite thick and you can definitely feel where you're using it. However, it only removes 'light' makeup so I use a facial scrub before hand then follow up with this cleanser to further clean and soften my skin
I find it especially delicate around my eye area, and feel confident that I can use it to remove eye makeup without causing irritation. Although it doesn't remove the heaviest of eye-makeup, it definitely helps to soften it!
I also find that you can use this on your privates for a quick wash, I have never had irritation there and find it quite nice especially as it is fragrance free!
Packaging:
The packaging is quite simple, it comes in a large plastic bottle, with the green logo on the front. I find the pump easy to use, and don't get distracted by "fancy" packaging, as it doesn't need it to sell the product. I have found that soap scum can get stuck to the bottle easy and make it a little grimey! But that shows it lasts a long time! A little goes a long way.
I like to pump a few pumps into my fingertips and then massage my face with them, I also have used this on my back and chest to help with little breakouts. However, as it does not exfoliate I found that it didn't help my blackheads, and do need to follow up with an exfoliate to get the deepest cleanse.
I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a solution to their inflamed, sensitive , or acne prone skin! It's definitely worth the price for the qaulity and the amount you're getting!
I love cetaphil cleanser! It is definitely my all time favourite fce wash. I have suffered with acne all through my teenage years, and tried all the so called 'acne' products on the market. Because cetaphil isn't advertised as treating acne I was a bit sceptical upon using it but after a week i saw a huge improvement! My skin is now completely clear, and I wouldn't use anything else! It is also not drying on your skin so it doesn't feel like it is harming your skin. Love it!
Tips: If you use it to wash makeup off I recommend washing your face twice as it is a gental cleanser and usually doesn't get all traces of foundation off after one use
